Last year we needed cold and wet weather wardrobe for a vacation. We found it here. This year we booked a vacation in a mild rainy location. We found exactly what we needed here again. Honestly, I wish we vacationed more often because I love shopping here!

The store was clean, well organized and well stocked but the associates pretty much ignored me upon entry and were scare during my entire visit. I only spoke to an associate once I went to check out and even though they were friendly they only spoke to me and not anyone else in my party even though they were standing next to me. Which I found a bit rude

The Columbia Factory Store has a wide selection of active outdoor clothing, shoes, coats, and various other items. When I was there, they had great prices on winter coats. The store was clean and well organized. The staff was available to help if needed.
