People there act like they're doing you a favor. As if they were not getting paid for their jobs. One person was nice and personable. I unfortunately don't remember her name. Otherwise, I would mention it. Not the elderly lady, she was rude when answering questions and was rude to other customers. The inspector was not courteous. He was also rude and argumentative during my vehicle inspection. I witnessed him driving the vehicle at unnecessary speeds once we had left the inspection facility.

unkind and rude, we all have a collective goal to ship our cars so why be rude and just do your job.

Effortlessly and seamless process.Just have a detailed car…(only what came in the car when you purchased it and cleaned just like that) door jams and etc.Filled out everything online still brought my paperwork just incase. Made an appt and it did go good! We did have to drive the car until we have 1/4th of gas and we came back and signed back in no biggie but if your on a time crunch you will have to wait back in line so make sure that your car is cleaned and the gas is at 1/4th so you don’t have to check back in.

I had a pretty easy experience, and here is how you can make your experience easy too.-Step 1: Make an appointment. They book up fast. We booked ours as soon as I was issued orders.-Step 2: Set up a fast pass appointment. This will require you to upload all your paperwork prior to arriving. The VPC will verify your paperwork and tell you what you need to correct or if it’s good. This can be a long back and forth process, but it’s totally worth it.-Step 3: Have all your paperwork in order! The fast pass appointment will help this too.-Step 4: Get your car detailed prior to arriving. If you have the carpets shampooed, do it several days prior to your appointment so everything can completely dry out. Clean everything out of your vehicle. No dirt, dust, or food crumbs should be in your car.-Step 5: Make sure your car is washed the day of. They need to do a very detailed and thorough inspection. Don’t be mad when they find scratches and dings on your car. It’s their job to protect the company. If you don’t agree, have them point it out. They literally take pictures of everything too.-Step 6: Ensure you only have 1/4 of a tank of gas or less. This is a non-negotiable. If it’s slightly above, that’s not compliant. They aren’t being jerks, they are following rules set by the shipping and storage facilities.-Step 7: Show up to your appointment on time. If you are super early, you are probably going to wait until your appointment time.-Step 8: Be nice! Seriously, these people put up with enough garbage. They aren’t trying to mess anyone over. They are just following the rules so they can keep their jobs.Do this, and you’ll be fine. We had a very easy experience, and my car is 14 years old - anything but new. I also have children who eat like any other kid. In fact, I took their car seats out and found a small zoo of animal crackers and gold fish. I followed all the guidance they gave, cleaned the car, had my paperwork in order, and I had no issues with turn in.

Fast friendly and efficient. I was in 45 minutes early but they took care of me immediately. I listened as they worked with a service member who didn’t have everything they needed to get copies and emails so they could still drop off their vehicle for shipment. Excellent staff at this VPC.

Very uncomfortable experience for a military member. The inspector was not courteous or helpful. He was short and argumentative when he asked me to sign an inspection I did not agree with. I have shipped two other vehicles and have never had such a disgruntled inspector and uncomfortable experience. Took over 1.5 hours to complete process with an appointment.

Dropped off our car in 2020. The inspection was fine but they put several marks on the inspection sheet that were questionable because they were “scratches”. Our military family has been overseas for 3 years and just returned to pick up our car. The plates have been removed without being notified, there was paint peeling off the front, headlights scratched. I would not leave my car with these people if I were being stationed overseas.

Great customer service and easy procedure. In and out in just over an hour. Zero problems whatsoever unlike the hateful customer service and refusal of our vehicle we experienced at the Atlanta VPC just days before this experience.

Upon picking up my vehicle here, it was very dirty and my key chain was missing. This is ironic since the VPC in Fairbanks refused to take my vehicle unless it looked brand new off the assembly line. Just another burden for soldiers PCSing, as if the Army wasn't stressful enough.
