We were visiting from out of town and our dog unexpectedly ran out of her medication.
Even though we didn’t have an appointment, they were able to contact our vet back home and get a prescription filled in Charleston.
Thank you Angela and Dr. Garrett for going out of their way and making sure we got access to her medication quickly.

I switched to Charleston Heights after a recommendation from my good friend and after having a phone call with the clinic. My dog is older and I was really unhappy with our experience at the vet he had gone to for years. The experience at CH was amazing. From my initial call all my questions were answered and they were so nice and accommodating. We were seen immediately at our appointment and the staff was so patient with my grumpy old man when he was being ornery. It felt like they truly cared about my boy. Pricing is competitive and received a really thoughtful card after our appointment. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about this vet clinic. All of our animals have been seen here. Every single member of the staff from reception to techs to the doctors always make us feel so very welcome. Even in times that any pet parent wishes would never happen they are so amazing. Our older dog Chanel had been sick but had her good days and her bad days. Luckily since today was Thursday, their extended hours really made a difference. The techs came out as soon as we got there and carried her in on a stretcher. She was made as comfortable as possible and was never alone. More than anything we were lucky that in the end Chanel was surrounded by people who truly cared for her. I HIGHLY recommend this veterinarian clinic!!
