I take full accountability for illegally parking my car. My car was double parked at a hotel that I am currently staying at for work purposes. I go outside and noticed that my car was not in the parking lot of the hotel so I called the towing company. I was told that it will be 175 to retrieve my vehicle. I show up to the establishment with the 175. Paid one of the workers and I was able to drive off with my car. when I arrivedback to the hotel, I noticed that my rocker panel on my driver side of my vehicle was not only scraped. It was bent and broken. I called back the establishment with my complaint, and whoever answered the phone told me to call back that there will be a manager there at 8 AM. Instead of me, calling back at 8 AM, I take it into my initiative and go to the autobody shop to see what the cost will be to fix the problem. I was quoted $925 to fix the issue. I then showed up to the establishment and the worker Jeremy was no help at all . He accused me of lying, saying that my vehicle was already damaged prior to them, towing it. I then told him no that his information is false because I have proof on my end on how my car looked. He refused to show me the photos of my vehicle of how it looked in his possession . He began to get aggressive with me, yelling at me, telling me to get off of his property. At this point I was scared for my life, and I called the authorities to see if they can solve the situation. Charleston PD was a little bit of help there advising me to go to small claims and to just sue the entire company.

Will never recommend targets people car and takes them to make a quick buck and then when you call the lady is very disrespectful I hope this tow company get closed down

They towed my car, I was in the wrong. But getting it back from them they made it so easy. And they made it easy for me to get an extension so it would not be towed again.

Either not a Christian or a hypocritical one that goes to church on Sunday and then spends the rest of the week hurting people in the middle of the night with no warning. Whether it’s in someone’s lease or not. You are being a bad human and you may be fat and rich now but some day you will have to answer for what you have done to good people who are just trying to live right and made a trivial error that YOU pounced on. Bad people, bad company. You should team up with Heritage Property Management. She is a hypocrite too.

A Nissan car was towed by these guys all the way from downtown Charleston because it was parked on the wrong side of the road. It really shows the dedication these guys have when it comes to getting the job done.I do not even know how they fit a tow truck in between these buildings, but man that must have taken some skill! I couldn't be happier to see my car get so professionally towed with absolutely no damage done to it. The expensive gear inside the car also was not stolen, which is just another reason to trust these guys.The Nissan car's driver was more than happy to pay the $200 to get his car back, and it made for some great memories, fun stories, and good lessons learned in the end. Best $200 dollars ever spent, NGL.100% would get towed again! Great professionalism and kind people.

Johnathan from CBR towing was AMAZING this man was fast getting to our location an patient while getting the job done. It took about 45mins but that was because he had to use so many different methods trying to get our stripped lug nut off our tire so the spare could be put on, needless to say this man got the job. ANYTIME my husband and I are having a issue w/our vehicle Johnathan from CBR will our 1st call we REALLY appreciated his services.

Got towed twice in downtown Charleston in the same day. Can’t even be mad about it. They were professional and nice about things. The people putting bad reviews on here.. y’all need to except when you make a mistake or do wrong. I support local businesses and wish all the best to them.

Last Tuesday I went in to talk with the owner Mr Ron about my car that was towed. It had been there over a week and a half, I honestly explained my situation, and because I knew I couldn't afford to pay almost 800 dollars to get my car that I need for work, kids appointments myself and kids downtime hideout. due to being mis placed here after moving and he understood whole heartily and helped me concerning my car I was surprised thankful and truly appreciated Mr Ron, for doing what he did for me and my family I'm forever grateful and will attend and fellowship ship with him at church and on top of helping me out he gave me a spiritual word of encouragement that I knew but needed to hear so again I thank you . Rude and Disrespectful. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Wouldn't recommend them to a dead person that's just how bad they are. Go elsewhere where you'll be treated with dignity and some respect. If you're looking to have your vehicle damaged and be ripped off (money wise) this is the place for you!!!!! USE ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT THIS ONE!P.S. just look at their responses to many of these reviews. You can tell by that alone how unprofessional and nasty they are.

I have worked for several tow companies and I've never seen such a crooked one. $250 for a drop fee? I'm pretty sure the ordinance in 2019 changed for tow operators in north Charleston. I would never use this company or even recommend them to anyone.

Nasty, Rude, Disrespectful Company. Throw the whole damn Business away. They damage your car and then act as if nothing happened and tell you to take them to small claims court. Won't give out any names of employees/drivers who towed your car. Save your $ and the headache and use any other tow company BUT THIS ONE. If they tow your car even worse! You have been warned!!!

Horrible tow company and would never recommend!!! My sticker must have been stolen because I paid back in May and have had no issues, even have pictures of my vehicle with it on there!! Had all my paperwork and proof but driver wouldn't even look at it. They are just out to make a quick buck. No morals or decency at all!! Supposedly don't have computers but could tell me my tags usta be registered to my old vehicle. I have my transfer receipts but proof and paperwork don't matter in the world these days. Just greed!!!
