Honestly just stay away from this company they don’t care about their customers and they definitely don’t care about their loyal customers I been shopping with CBC over a couple months now and it’s been consistent problems with them 1-2 day shipping is a lie if you want really good prices on micro ars, barrels, etc. shop MCS gear up they actually provide fast shipping, amazing live customer service, and great pricing on everything with discount codes. CBC IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY they literally ask people to leave a 5 star review desperately

If you have a micro AR upper and it jams - bend the gas tube downwards towards where the lower would be. Couldnt get my 5 inch upper to work until I did that and it broke in. The customer service rep told me this and after being frustrated that a new upper had to be monkeyed with, I went ahead and did it. Its an inexpensive upper that needs a bit of lover and breaking in but works well. Thats why 5 stars. At first it was a 2 star deal lol

Ordered a gun on the website, spoke to Katrina Leveille and then to Brynez Heatley and still no responses or updates. Horrible customer service, would not suggest you give them business as you'll not get what you ordered or even a response. The only response I did receive was "What is your order number"....what a joke.

Ordered a ar15 upper from cbc shipping time was about a month they never get bk with u but the upper came with 2 screws missing out the handguard only the 1 was installed but the sad part is they put the upper in a box an shipped it out no bubble wrap no paper for cushion rolling around in the box called an email customer service they basically said I was lying about 2 screws never took care of the problem people beware of this company they tell everyone the same story that they are having technical problems.if u want to take a chance an buy there so called veteran made usa garbage go for it but ur better off just sticking with larger companies with good quality and customer service I only wish I listed to myself what a waste of time .veterans yeah right I think they use that line to draw people in just beware if you purchase anything from them

I have had the opportunity of dealing with CBC Industries several times and every time I come back a winner. Their product are good but their customer service is absolutely over the top. It is always nice to buy from companies that have good products but customer service has gone by the wayside. Not with these guys. I will always prefer customer service over product but here I don’t have to choose. Thank you to all the amazing employees I have had the opportunity to work with.

Well this is my first time trying to order from you but I can't because every time I go to check out for some reason it says failure so that is a bad sign and I guess I will go back to Palmetto State Armory like I have been doing having no issues with them

I placed an order recently where I ordered two barrels, two gas blocks and two gas tubes. They were in a large box, with two squares of bubble wrap. The gas blocks were pre-assembled and looked as if they had been through a rock tumbler. One barrel was fine, as it was in a heavy plastic envelope. The other however was a USED barrel.There was copper residue on the feed ramps, carbon from the gas port, a chipped shoulder at the end of the muzzle, and some mashed threads at the crown end of the barrel.I sent photos of the unboxing to CBC. Have not heard back, nor do I expect anyone to have a rational explanation for this. I have been buying stuff from the for years, off and on, and up til yesterday had not once had an issue. This here is why I will never again buy from them, because this was not damaged in shipping. The box itself was just fine, perfect even. This was done THERE.While I was able to re-thread the damaged end, that shoulder where it is chipped badly and simply looks worse than it probably is.I was unable to reach anyone by phone yesterday and they may have seen a flood of emails from me and not wanted to respond. This right here is unacceptable. Losing me is a customer will not be a big deal. It‘s that I have referred just about everyone to them over the years and now I‘m embarrassed by this because I honestly love the products. I just do not know what happened here.

I had a buddy order a couple of things from cbc industries and I have been waiting for almost a month for my items. I got on to the website and read reviews and after I read them I had my buddy put a stop to my order.they haven't even shipped yet. Went to different website and reordered all my items and got them in 5 days now that's customer service.

Alot of the reviews seem to be very hit or miss with CBC, i decided to risk it. I got my barrels very fast and had no problems with receiving them. The prices were fantastic.
