Just dropped my Cadillac off to them today. Can't rate the service as of yet, but they get 4 stars from the get-go because of that wonderful lady at the reception desk! Great spirit and extremely helpful!

Been a loyal customer since 2010. Went to get a oil change at 3:30pm 1/31/2024 and was told no one is doing any service. The carter's I know would never turn down a loyal customer for a oil change with 1 1/2 hrs left til business close. Familiar faces under new management. If this is how yall doing business I will take my hard earned money elsewhere. Pops would've never treated long time customers like this. This is how a good business goes in the toilet when pops isn't running things. Prices also been changed for the worse. BEWARE

If you’re looking for genuine top notch service, then this is the place you want to go to have your vehicle worked on. From oil changes, to blowing a tire, to an ignition issue, Carter & Sons has been absolutely incredible to work with. I was recommended to them through work and I’m blown away but the quality of care the entire team has every single time I’m there. They have literally been a life saver and helped me out of a jam, on more than one occasion (my own doing!). I can’t recommend them enough!!!Services: Tires

I was referred by someone to come here and when I got there I was told by staff that they were to busy and to return at 2:00pm. I went home and got something’s do. When I returned I was told that I was not able to get my oil changed at all that day. This would’ve been my first service with you guys but I do not like the lack of communication.
