Stopped in on vacation from Florida to check it out and had a great time! Talked with Ashley for a bit about South Carolinas liquor laws and found out some cool information! Everyone in the shop had a smile the whole time and was supper friendly!!! Prices are super cheap compared to what we pay in Florida!!! ?

I've came in on 2 different occasions to cash my check because it says on the door you can cash your checks. The first time was a a year ago the brunette at the counter was rude and said she couldn't cash it because something about it being a personal check, okay cool. No biggie. I work for east bay deli, a huge restaurant chain. The excuse today from the same brunette was her and the other employee dont know how and the guy who does was doing transfers..
Maybe take that off the door so people aren't thinking they can cash their checks and they never can. There's no way this was a coincidence.

Hey, the name is Moses. I only came to this business for one reason, and it's to cash my checks after I work at my job across from them. Don't be too hopeful that the one lady manager does her job correctly. She is a spiteful person who got mad at my checks because I make double her monthly salary, and she told all her staff not to cash my checks, and my money is valid people. I have been cashing checks with this business for a year. But hey the prices down the street for most of the stuff they sell are far better than this spot as well, avoid the tall woman who calls herself manager. Can't believe I even have to write this to this business, the employees are top notch but they put the wrong person as manager. Also I will check this review every single day to ensure people know what goes on in there, you won't be able to delete this review, I can copy and paste.

Since they revamped and moved, this is a much more inviting liquor store. It is larger and the lighting is much better. It's laid out better too.

Well lit, clean, organized, usual prices. People there that night were helpful (and we luckily made it 10 mins before 7pm close). Next door to Piggly Wiggly at Otranto.

Went there with my girlfriend last week Saturday and I didn’t bring my purse ID or anything in with me because I wasn’t purchasing and had no intent on purchasing when we got up to the register my girlfriend showed the man her ID he was ringing the stuff up when a lady stopped the transaction and said to him that I needed to show my ID as well ….even tho I didn’t pick out anything I didn’t come to purchase anything i literally walked in with her and stood there until we went to the register and I stood behind her on my phone at the register I told the lady well I didn’t bring my ID in a nice manner this woman has the nerve to tell me well you should’ve just stayed outside then …in a VERY VERY rude way to point I had to curse her out because that’s not how you talk to customers me and my gf will NEVER be back after we left we went to another liquor store down the street that was wayyy more nicer we walked in got greeted at the door they were helpful and we will be back to do business with them in the future but these people here are just rude and unprofessional! And That one star is being generous because it should’ve been no star how rude they are !!!
