Carolina Elite is the best RE firm to handle all transactions, both buying and selling. Their agents are super responsive and always have your best interest in mind. I wouldn't use a big brokerage such as Carolina One who just hires everyone if they have a pulse, Carolina Elite only takes the best. Its the only brokerage I know I can trust!

Had a horrible experience with Isabelle Martinez. I saw her name on a sign so of course I called her to inquire on the property. When she calls me back, she mentions that she’s a commercial agent. But stated that the property could go for commercial or residential. She requests my email address and let’s me know she will send me something on in a few days. I did not hear anything from her so I reached back out to her. She pretends like she never spoke to me about the property. Evidently the property sold 3 years ago and the sign was never taken down. All of this is fine. This could have simple been stated on our first call. Instead she uses a dismissive tone. If she had told me that…why would she still request my email? In addition, why would I follow up with her. She was simply rude. It cost $0 to treat someone with respect!

Had the best experience selling and buying a new home with Carolina Elite Real Estate! My agent, Buck Rogers, came to the table well researched and brought the best, most aggressive deal when selling my home, while finding me the house of my dreams that met all parameters I set. The communication with Rogers was stellar, and his follow through on the moving parts of the deal left me without worry. Additionally, the broker, Melissa Bissett, graciously assisted with communication after close on my new home to help me facilitate the take over as a landlord. The professional guidance and genuine care for their client made this entire process fantastic!
