“Jacob Da Luca was very polite, friendly, and got me in a car and on the road quickly. When I returned the car several days later, he remembered me, asked how my visit to town was and very efficiently worked through my return in a matter of minutes. Jacob’s manner made all the difference. I observed him with two other not-so-kind men as I waited during one of my exchanges and was impressed with his customer service skills. Also, when I returned the car, one other employee checked the car inside and thanked me for returning the car in such clean condition. I’d come back to this location as long as those two employees are there.”
“The times I’ve rented a car in this location the customer service experience has been awesome! They make sure you’re in and out in no time. I think they were a bit behind on cleaning the cars (which was totally fine with me) but Blake made sure they were on top of the cleaning in order to get time going. I appreciated that!
