I have nothing but praise for Cannon. They quickly turned around my compressor replacement. When I asked him what he might be able to do for another car with an AC issue, he met my very tight timeline (needed to leave for a trip the next day). He even took the time to give me different options for repair. Will definitely take my next repair to Cannon.

Cannon auto was amazing! I called them just to see if they could fit me between other customers to just look at my car. Ken asked me to describe what was happening and through the noises I made he determined it sounded like a rotor. I dropped my car off that evening and picked it up the next day! He had no problem walking me through everything since I admitted I am not really a car person. They also found another slight issue and let me know about it as well! I will def be taking my car back to them in the future

Definitely one of the best Customer Service I’ve ever dealt with in the mechanical world. Not only did this man took really good care of my car but he also spoke with me about the personal issues I have going on in my life at this moment. Mr. Cannon is a good man and directed me to a YouTube page Dr. Berg and I promise there is hope. Thank you for everything you have shared with me. You took time out of your life to share things with me I knew nothing about and I really appreciate you.

I called a week ago the lady gave me one price…. called back today and they gave me a higher price … was not friendly at all … and dont know how to communicate between each other … just awful and a waste of my time …

I was on vacation and my Tahoe was having trouble starting, they got me in and diagnosed a bad battery. AutoZone told me it was the starter. I swapped out the battery and problem solved. Thanks for the help. Tim K
