Please don’t waste your time with this joke. My family and I got a flat on the side of the highway in North Charleston while passing through town at 3 am. This was the only person to pick-up. We were told to find someone else because we were short of what he quoted by just $25.

We contacted CNC Service on a Saturday to assist us with our horse trailer. The hub had broken off of it and we had to pick up a horse on Sunday before we went back to NC. They requested pictures, which we provided, and they said they could fix it but the service call fee was $125. We agreed to pay the fee. They were very responsive at first and showed up on time to do the work.
After inspecting the tire, bearings, and hub, they determined that we needed new bearings. My husband went with them to the store and purchased the parts that the repair guy told him to buy. They returned and completed the repair for $285.
The next day, we drove 1 hour away to Wadmalaw Island to pick up the horse. When we got to the barn, the tires started smoking, the hub popped off again, and my entire tire fell off. This is extremely dangerous and could have resulted in serious injury to myself, my family, and the horse if it had happened while we were on the road back to NC. Luckily, it happened before we put the horse on the trailer so we were in a safe location. I reached out to CNC and they said that they should have replaced the hub in addition to the bearings. My husband stated that they never asked him to purchase a new hub. In the end, we agreed to receive a $100 refund since the repair did not hold.
We had to take an extra day off from work in order to get the trailer to a repair shop on Monday since everything was closed Sunday. When they inspected the wheel when we got there, they found that the old interior bearing was never replaced. CNC just added the new bearing on top of the old one and put the old hub back on. The repair shop said that they would not have been able to secure the bolts well either because of the double bearings so that is the reason the tire fell off. I reached out to CNC and asked for a full refund since they did not actually complete the repair and they put us in a very dangerous situation. They are not responding. They have not taken responsibility for the situation.
I highly recommend taking your vehicle to another repair shop versus using this service. We trusted them to fix our trailer and make it safe to drive. They are supposed to be the professionals so we purchased the parts that they told us to and took their word for it when they said it was fixed. Instead, we ended up in a dangerous situation that could have ended much worse if we were on the highway. Please do not put yourself in that situation. Stay safe and take your vehicle to an actual repair shop ?

Terrible customer service!! My husband's truck broke and he needed to get it repaired urgently. Cliff said to bring it over to his shop on Saturday 9-10am. My husband got to this address as agreed and no one was there. There is no shop just a small open area. We called the number multiple times and he would not answer. Very unprofessional and irresponsible! Stay away!!

I went to this shop to get a wheel seal replaced. Mr Nelson performed the work just to mess my truck up worse. I didn’t drive the truck for 2 days just for the same wheel seal to leak. I had to take it to another mechanic to find out the problem. Apparently Mr Nelson didn’t tighten my hub correctly. The hub was so loose that it had the potential of losing the entire axle while driving. I could’ve had an accident or worse. So not only did I had to replace the wheel seal again, but also wheel bearings. I spent $800 for a job that would’ve cost me $300 from the start. Definitely will not return to his shop ever!
