Absolutely loved this place! Management and staff are wonderful! Danny helped us build 2 bears and he was so sweet and kind, definitely made it a special memory for the girls! Very cool way to celebrate a birthday for sure! Great quality and sooo many options. Do plan ahead if you are on a tight budget, as everything you add to your bear is extra and it is very easy to get carried away… but totally worth the experience ? highly recommend!!!

As a huge Hello Kitty and Sanrio fan I always come here to get my plushies stuffed. The staff is always so sweet and accommodating. It’s nice to be remembered when I come in as well. I highly recommend coming by and getting a bear made with them.

We had an amazing experience today for my son’s first birthday! Kai was truly awesome and she made everything so fun and exciting for my son! She was patient and very knowledgeable about the company. All of your staff was extremely friendly! I also love how Kai has her pronouns on her name tag, that is seriously so cool and inclusive and it makes me want to shop at your company all the more!

This is the absolute best build a bear I've ever been to. All the employees have made it clear they dearly enjoy their job and respect customers. I have been told I am one of their favorite customers and they pulled my heart. I come from a large city where we had the bath station and everything but I still prefer this one. I've had my build a bear frog for 2 years now and he is still remembered by the employees. 10/10 would recommend this store :3

Last nights staff was the kindest and most accommodating people we have ever had. My son is autistic and everyone who was in the store went above and beyond to make him feel welcome and enjoy his experience.

Took my son to build the birthday bear during his birthday month. Teresa helped him stuff his bear and was so energetic and vibrant -- she truly made the experience wonderful. My son had a blast choosing his bear, a scent to go inside (cotton candy!), adding the heart, and pushing the foot pedal on the stuffing machine. It is oddly inside of Walmart, but that was fine. Location is small but well equipped for building and accessorizing your bear.

My son came for his second birthday and all of the employees worked with him so well to pick out a bear for his birthday and was a great memory for our family. Thank you!!!

Staff is amazing and very bubbly. Build a bear has been a family tradition since I was a child and this staff is so lovely!

My kids had a awesome time. It was my daughter's birthday so all of my kids did a bear and had a great time. Only thing is I remember before build a bear having more stuff to do there like wash your bears and all but still had a nice time ?

We come here at least 4 times a year, as we come for each of the kids' birthdays. We love the employees, and and their enthusiasm.

I went to this location as part of a large group for a friend’s birthday. The selection of creatures to make was nice and varied, and the whole process was really fun. Also, Daveka helped us primarily and she was super kind! Overall a really fun experience
