Exceed expectations. We were passing through on a family roadtrip with two littles. Popped into check out the store and not only was everyone helpful but they went out of their way to make our experience great! They were very helpful and one girl (I am kicking myself because I can’t remember her name. We are pretty sure it starts with a P but we were there Tuesday 8/20 and she gave my kiddos and Olaf and Elsa sticker. And it made their day). They were so polite and made us feel welcome. The store was so organized and easy to navigate!

Wicked awesome store. My boyfriend and I both got a Tshirt and patches for our bags and will be ordering more online. My whole military family will love getting Christmas gifts from here. Great people that run it too.

Bought a pair of boots for my daughter in FL from here and when I got home we realized we had two left boots. Call the store and Ashley was right on it to find the missing right boot and get it in the mail for us. That is costumer service!

I am in town doing training at FLETC and one of my firearms instructors told me about this place. I bought two shirts and saw so many more I wanted, I ended up there the next week and bought two more. Can't wait for the new releases.

I had an incredible experience on my Citizen day, December 14th, 2023. To celebrate this special occasion, I visited Tanger Outlet with my family and found a store called Born United that caught my attention because of the large American flag displayed inside. As soon as I entered the store, I was drawn to a shirt with an American flag design on the back, which made me feel even more proud of becoming an American citizen earlier that day. A friendly sales associate approached me and asked if I needed help finding anything, but before I could respond, I blurted out that I had just become a U.S. citizen a few minutes prior. Her genuine excitement and congratulations brought tears to my eyes; she shared that her colleagues would be equally thrilled for me, too! They were all so supportive when they heard about it - their reactions truly embodied what America stands for: freedom, justice, kindness & unity among all its people.. Later, during our conversation, another person revealed himself to be Jarred Williams, who owns this amazing shop. He offered me a free t-shirt despite knowing full well how much those cost ($30 each). Although he insisted strongly, with all due respect I tried to i form him I cannot accept such generosity...However I had no arguments against his next words "Out of all the rights you got today I am taking away the right to refuse my gift from you! I am one of the owners, and we are all very proud of you today!" I can't express enough gratitude towards him! I can only acknowledge and testify how truly devoted they are to showing how much they do care for customers by treating everyone who make the choice to walk in like family members rather than sources income generation only.

My wife and I were window shopping, found an amazing selection of T shirts, hoodies, jewelry, and some other cool stuff. Sebastian helped us and he was fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgable, and told us about how to get a discount on our next visit! We live locally and will be returning soon! Thanks again.
