“Had our 2022 Toyota 4Runner repaired due to the vehicle being rear ended. After a year the paint on the rear bumper started to fail. It was no fault of Gerber Toyota made a bad batch of bumpers and the pair would not adhere to it. Brought the car in and Gerber was on top of it! The general manager personally dealt with my case and I had the vehicle back in 2 days, along with a new OEM bumper from Toyota. I highly recommend this place for all of your collision repair needs, top notch service!!!!”

My appointment for a home visit was affected by the rain, so Ali offered for us to come even earlier and open the shop just for us and repair it sheltered from the rain. The lobby was spotless because it was just being cleaned by a hardworking family of cleaners. The vending machine options was bangin', son! “Kobe & Shaq, Fire & Ice, and one other dynamic duo y’all need to know about is Cole & Monique. I came to Cole (Shop Owner) with a decent sized dent and paint scratch on my right door and rocker panel from a small pole I tapped in a parking garage. I went to multiple body shops and paint shops around town and was hearing outrageous pricing to get this fixed with little to know reasoning behind the quote. Cole took the time to explain, inform, and save me a considerable amount of money to get this done. Monique, the shop manager, was very informative, knowledgeable, nice, and in short, great at her job.
The Maaco N. CHS team off Dorchester is bar none to other auto body providers in the area. In addition to the stellar body work and paint work, they gave me a few dollars upon picking up the truck for the troubles of transportation to and from the store.
Customer service goes a long way in today’s world and this crew knows what that means and how to operate.
If anyone needs any body work or paint work, I could not recommend them enough.

“My insurance sent me here because a rock cracked my windshield. My appointment was for 8:30am and my car was taken back very quickly. Nick, one of the techs, told me about what he was going to do with my windshield and what could happen and was super knowledgeable about it all. He fixed my windshield in no time and was professional, kind, and courteous. I would highly recommend going here and asking for Nick. He even put my new wipers on for me which I greatly appreciated!”
