Lady in office was rude but guys in the yard were the best. Even helped me fold my tarps

Delivery w 53 dry van. Park on street before gate and walk paperwork to office ( during COVID19 they will come to you) limited parking here for about 3 trucks. Staff friendly and helpful.

Each time I call customer service, I am left on hold for long periods of time. 10-15 minutes or longer. Please work on your customer service! I have my customers present when I'm calling you, and it is extremely frustrating to wait that long. Every time.
