Called the store and notified an employee that I left my laundry detergent at the store that I paid for and they told me to come in with my receipt since they couldn't find it. I was told that the manager would help me get another replacement. Drove 20 minutes just to get told that they couldn't replace my laundry detergent. The manager(older white blonde lady) was not helpful at all and had a major attitude problem with me and her employees under her supervision. Definitely lacked professionalism and manners when speaking to customers and fellow employees. I was beyond disappointed with my service.

We went in today looking for a couch. Big lots had some good deals on some furniture. I will say we had trouble finding anyone that could help us answer some questions. The only employee we saw was the one checking people out and they were busy. So we didn't end up getting anything today but I was impressed with the prices.

When you are waiting in line and there are several behind me, you don't just walk out for a smoke break. The customer should come first, not your nasty habit. Last time I will go there. I felt bad for the lady left to do checkout alone. At least she has work ethic.

Just went to here this morning. First I stood outside for 10 minutes waiting for them to open. Wanted a price for a memory foam mattress, couldn't give me a price so I had to carry it upfront to the register to get a price ! Then I wanted to buy a box spring and she said she couldn't get it from the back because she couldn't get a dolly!! Are you kidding me! I work in retail I would never tell my customers I couldn't sell them something!! You lost a 500.00 sale !! Never will go back!

When I discovered Big Lots I was really happy to see that they charged $1.99 for the large can of Pedigree Dog Food. I have several dogs and Big Lots Price was 38 cents per can cheaper than Walmart. Over time, I purchased over 200 cans of this product. Went to buy more recently and discovered that they raised their price to $2.49 per can. Walmart is now closer and cheaper than Big Lots. Goodbye BL
