Never coming to a Best Buy again. Tried returning something less than three weeks after getting it to be told I can not. The only way to return it is purchasing a yearly membership. So I spent $50 to be able to return it.

Best rental place in a long time. 14 day rental on products then returns them. You can also pay for the premium rental option that extends it to 60 days. Ive been renting my tech for a while now and its great.

Big black manager is liar and does not deserve to be a manager he made up a whole scenario that he wasn’t even part of for it to be what he wanted to be
Who ever hired him he’s a thug so you know and robbing your store if every day customers
Do your self a favor and do better hiring
Best Buy is a American company that needs a better employment system your getting robbed and don’t know it

Absolutely pathetic display of customer service today by an old bint. RUDE and AGGRESSIVE and other words that I’m not allowed to use here. WILL NOT shop here or any Best Buy again. I used to work at a Best Buy and I literally would have been fired on the spot for speaking to a customer that way.

Went to Best Buy because it is an authorized repair for Apple products for my charger port got there and they offered to clean out my charger port because my phone wasn’t charging. They said they cleaned it out. They were back there for at least 10 minutes with my phone and said I had to go to Apple because that didn’t work went to Apple and the first thing Apple did was clean out my charger port and my phone started working automatically. I don’t know what the disconnect between Apple and Best Buy is but I wasted, three hours stuck in traffic for the same result very unpleased with Best Buy.

I can't remember the last time I went to a Best Buy, but I wanted a new TV and decided on a whim to come here - I knew which one I specifically wanted. I was properly greeted at the front and was immediately directed to a guy at the back (I forgot his name). I told him I wanted a 55inch Roku - he brought me to the exact spot, let me know it had to go a specific way in my car, and gave me a measuring tape to make sure it'd fit. I ended up going with the 50inch because it just fit. He didn't seem happy or comfortable being there.. kind of just a dude with a job at Best Buy. Didn't really smile or anything - I'm glad on one hand he didn't try upselling me, but I was expecting to be told about the TV and all of the great things about Roku. I don't know.. just wasn't a great experience. Maybe he was having an off day. Still, not great service. I don't really buy electronics or anything that they sell, so I probably won't be back just for that reason.

Don’t even get me started…lol just no. No to all of it…useless employees useless geek squad. They stopped selling movies which is fine, Best Buy used to be the spot trust…me I recall.
Had plenty of friends that worked at this specific one, but they actually knew about their products ect. Diff times.
Ship whatever you need if you must or go to the West Ashley store.
Oh and all Best Buy’s here charge you for a bag. lol so just carry your items if you even decide to buy.

I don't think I've ever felt more uncomfortable in a store before, and I just left guitar center! That's saying a lot. But best buy, you guys deserve an award for unprofessional and just rude sales people. But to call them sales people would mean they actually tried to help and make a sale. Smh. They didn't. So after I dunno. 20 minutes standing there waiting on someone to finally come get the earbuds I wanted, I give up. I would rather throw the 200 dollars out the window on the ride home.
