Purchased furniture, some was delivered and some damaged. It’s been more than a week and I have called a few times for updates and have not received a call regarding the damaged furniture.

NORMAN should work in a secluded place where he doesn’t work with customers. I’m not sure the training NORMAN received but as a store employee he lacks empathy, lacks accountability, lacks thorough communication, and lacks customer service. NORMAN rather argue than to accommodate a customers needs that arised because of lack of communication on their end. NORMAN stated to call corporate if there was a problem when we did NOT order our furniture from corporate. NORMAN also provided false information all throughout the call just to circle around and say he was the one who made the adjustments to our delivery time without informing us. NORMAN then passed the blame along to Greg and the delivery associates after he stated he was the one who made the adjustment. NORMAN’s family should be ashamed of his character.

I’ve never thought I would have the worst experience shopping with Badcock furniture ever I’ve fought this all the way to corporate and disappointed that no one has taken this issue seriously. I brought the carden bedroom set recently in full however the dresser with the mirror has been delivered 4x because of damages. I’ve tried working with them to send me a night stand for the inconvenience this has brought me over a course of 2 months. My fourth delivery is still damage goods no one would be please with brand new damaged furniture like how!? I write reviews to save another person for facing the same issues at hand. I wouldn’t recommend this particular store to no one and as far as corporate I thought you would handle this matter way better then this I’m completely unsatisfied.

Well I bought my furniture from there a few times. I paid off my furniture well I thought I did. Per the customer service rep there was a one cent balance on the account and after late charges a 4.80 cent charge they wouldn't just clear it and ended up paying it but you would think after purchasing over 4k worth of stuff from them they would just wave it. No more will take business elsewhere.

So happy with my experience here! Mr. Gregory Parker helped me pick out a sectional that best fit my needs. He was so professional and had a great personality. Please give him a raise! I would highly recommend Badcock over Ashley Furniture, Rooms to Go, or any other furniture store. I will definitely be back when I need more furniture or decor!

My husband and I found a beautiful reclining sofa and reclining rocking chair at Badcock for a very reasonable price. Joe and Dre delivered our furniture. They were very pleasant and professional. Brought our pieces in and set them up promptly. It was a pleasure dealing with the salesperson and the delivery guys.
