Not honest
When he makes a mistake he makes you pay for it. Spent over $3,250.00 Dishonest because they make customers spend unnecessary money after they mess up and misdiagnose the issue. Instead of accepting responsibility, I had to spend another $235 or more on a sensor that I told him had just been replaced. Now he's claiming catalytic converter issue and can't fix it. His sensor didn't solve anything except for taking my money. No matter the case, they blame another part then you have to pay more. Never any honest accountability. This is not the only time.

When my mom‘s car started dragging a piece from the undercarriage, we were so fortunate that a lovely gentleman happened to be there on a day that they were normally closed and was so kind as to take her information personally. We felt so much better leaving the car in good hands rather than parking it, and putting the keys in the dropbox without speaking to someone. Monday morning they called with an estimate that was very fair including doing a few extra things to get my moms car in good shape for an upcoming road trip. Truly, excellent price, quick, courteous service and they went the extra mile assisting us on a Sunday when they were closed, highly recommend!!!!

My opinion is by far the most trusted Auto Service in the Charleston area! There is no need to take my word. I dare you to try them double dare!!! 5 Star is honest,respectful, and definitely a mature level of professionalism. Thank y'all for being trustworthy in today's time it's needed and welcoming!!!
