Very helpful staff, especially Marco. Got me the batteries I needed for my semi truck. Only had one in stock at his location but had an employee bring another 3 from another location. Excellent customer service.

Store 5365 is amazing !! Marco, Que and Sheryl were knowledgeable and helpful. They made my experience stressless. I always leave this store a satisfied customer. They set the standard for all the other Autozones. The store on Ladson Rd
Is useless. Every time I have gone there, associate’s are standing around talking. I asked for help, the young lady told me that she doesn’t know but I can check on the aisles. I just looked at her and walked out.

Just wanted to say thank to store manager Marco, at the Dorchester location. Can spot talent when I see it, this is the best manager in the state.

Cheryl was so delightful and helpful. We were attempting to spruce up a 2000 Chevy truck from a friend. She was so attentive.Cheryl even put the wiper blades on for us. When I have an automotive need, I plan to visit her.

Came here to purchase a new battery since mine kept dying at the worst times possible. The new cars today aren’t like the old ones where the employees can help you switch it out at the store but Cheryl guided me toward a mechanic right down the street who was able to install it for me asap and for so cheap! She called him up and let him know I was on the way and made me feel a whole lot better about the situation. It was reassuring to know he knew I was coming instead of just blindly hoping he’d be able to squeeze me in at nearly 4 pm on a week day.Her attitude and demeanor is always very pleasant. She’s helped my boyfriend out with spark plugs and wiper blades in the past and was a pleasure to deal with back then as well. AutoZone is my go to spot for anything I need for my car when I plan to do anything to my car myself. Their prices are always reasonable and their staff is always ready and happy to help. I never feel like a burden here and this location is my absolute favorite. Thank you Cheryl for helping me out with my battery and for hooking me up with a reliable mechanic! It’s always nice to have a number to a good shop saved in the phone for unexpected car troubles.Love AutoZone! :)

The manager of this place was very rude. Was not friendly. His position has gone to his head. Great accomplishment dude seriously!
