Let me take a second to take my hat off and give my flowers to the people at Audio Evolution. Jay and Matt are without a doubt the nicest, most skillful, and professional individuals I have met in years. They literally bent over backwards in order to help accommodate the issues I was having by fixing and upgrading my car stereo instantaneously on the spot. There is no other establishment I will be going to other than Audio Evolution moving forward! They have a wide variety of products at the BEST prices I have seen in the last 10+ years. It would be a crime to shop at any other car stereo shop in the Charleston area than Audio Evolution. 5/5 stars Is a complete and utter understatement, if I could give these guys 1,000,000/5 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. I will definitely be coming back to ONLY their shop, even though they set me up with the most professional system to which I may not need to come back for years to come. Phenomenal quality products, insanely quick turnaround and the best customer satisfaction guaranteed. Thank you for your time and all of your input! You guys are THE best!

I had an appointment set up with them to do a lot of other work to my vehicle. But I really did need these windows tinted ASAP. Unfortunately had to cancel my first appointment. But then I called them just on a whim today and said hey, can you get me in? The guy said yeah come on in. It’s a 45 minute job. They did an absolutely beautiful beautiful job. My car is so much cooler and the windows look spectacular. I cannot thank you guys enough for your great customer service and your awesome work thank you thank you thank you.

Just got a hitch installed on my 2021 nissan rogue sv and am so happy ! Love this place .. had windows tinted and heated seats installed as well . Great group of workers here ? ??

I took my new Cx-5 in to get tinted windows and windshield. I highly recommend using audio evolution for any and all accessories you want for your ride. They were fast professional and very competitively priced. My car was also cleaned when I picked it up which was an unexpected bonus considering how dirty it was when I dropped it off. Thanks Mike for the great service!

Asked if they could install a simple lockout device for a third party company that's frequently used in the industry. They said they could their fee was pretty high but we went ahead and paid it. Immediately the car has ignition issues window issues tons of electrical issues we take the car back have it removed they tell us tell us that it was the device not them. We ate the cost we ate the device and still have electrical problems. Really unimpressed with the customer service here. Would not recommend.

Tried to install a 10 sub into my car with all the equipment already purchased and this was told that I had to pay $440 for an install. Thats more than the subs and all the equipment needed itself. Stay blessed and choose a much cheaper establishment. Qc

I bought a car last week and Audio Evolution was highly recommended for window tinting.It was very easy and convenient to set up an appointment. Mike, the manager, explained how it’s preferable when the customer calls him and sets up an appointment rather than him setting it up with a customer.I had a 9 a.m. appointment and right AT 9 a.m., the tech drove my car in the bay to get it done.Mike was very easy to talk to, he picked my mind and vice versa.The place is very clean, organized, and a lot of “techie stuff”. Even for the mariners!The wait was only 1.5 hours, not too bad. Told Mike I don’t mind the waiting, rather a job done right the first time than rushing.All in all, I am VERY satisfied with the window tint. Thanks, Mike & team!

Dropped car off to get a center console built and guages transferred. Upon pick up notice one guage was not working. Went back to notify them of the in operative gauge I was explained that the way the guage was disconnected and was incorrect in which cause guage to be damaged. Going back and forth with who was al fault I'm being told I should have notified them of the correct way to disassemble. Also I was quoted a price of $600 hundred payed a deposit of $100 and at pick up was charged a balance of $600 scammers. Folks be aware of this location.

Many thanks to Mike and the Team at AE - North Charleston. The service provided is high quality, the pricing properly reflects the quality, and their shop value of doing an install THE RIGHT WAY saved my build.The team there was patient in advising me over a period of time until I was ready for what they offer in terms of quality and service. That said, to get something done faster or cheaper I did some things they did not advise. In the end the shorts cuts I took ended up taking took longer, costing more money, and generated bad experiences.That said, not only did Mike and team address basic, fundamental issues in the quality of my build but they also enhanced it. My subs, amps, and audio tuning are literally two to three times better at nominal pricing, all things being considered.Before, I wondered if my build was the best it could be and if was safe. Now I have no worries!Thank you Mike and the Team at Audio Evolution, North Charleston! You know I'll be back soon.

The guy that helped me was very polite and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I'm going back next week to get new speakers - mine are fine for factory speakers but after markets are better. I was very impressed today. Again, very helpful, polite and professional.

I was recommended this shop by a friend. I called yesterday, Mike answered the phone and said he can get me in at 1130. Mike and Crew went above and beyond making sure everything was hooked up properly and working. When I left my stereo was perfect and they even hooked up my buttons on the back of my steering wheel. When I left I paid a fourth of what I was quoted at a shop not to be named and didn't have to wait 30 Days for an Appointment. Thanks Mike For being the best Car Stereo Shop in Charleston.
