I visited this Physical Therapy location today due to balance issues related to Vertigo. Megan provided my care. She is amazing. She treated me like I mattered! She educated me as she helped me through exercises and tests. I left with a greater understanding of Vertigo — along with what I can do and can’t do to help myself through this frustrating ailment. Kudos to you Megan! You Are a star!

I came to this place very damaged because of a car accident that I was in all the way back in 98. I am here for a different reason because I was having some recent problems with my right upper leg my hip. So far I have worked with Megan and Taylor and both of them are very good at what they do. I have just begun therapy so I've only seen them one time each. But when I was doing balance exercises with my eyes closed Taylor made me feel very safe cuz he was right behind me.

Great group of men and women helping my mother regain her balance abilities. Strokes suck!

This place is clean and friendly. The staff is on the ball! My favorite physical therapist is Frank. He's helped me recover from rotator cuff surgery quite well. But he has not made me endure severe pain like I've experienced in the past with other therapists. I highly recommend ATI on University Blvd.

I lose my balance a lot and get dizzy on the regular. My neurologist recommended that I come to the Balance Center. This place is conveniently located by Trident Medical Center. It is off University Blvd. This location is right off of the 205B exit on I-26. On the first day, I had an assessment. Megan, the person I worked with, put me through many different tests and asked me how dizzy or off balanced these tests made me feel. She also was checking my heart rate a lot. She asked me many questions about my symptoms, and asked what the doctors have been saying. She seemed to genuinely want to help me. We scheduled 5 future appointments that first day. It's nice to be able to plan in advance. They are open Monday-Friday. So no weekend appointments. Every appointment, Megan would give me homework to do. This would consist of different exercises. Some were like workouts at the gym, others were more like just turning your head side to side while you stand like you're on a balance beam (but you're not) - this was hard for me. They have this big machine there that's pretty cool. You stand in it and it tests your balance. They go through a few different tests, some where the ground you stand on moves, others where the walls move, etc. At the end, the results tell you how off balanced you are, which way you lean, and how you compare to others. Overall, this was a good experience. It's a lot like physical therapy but for people who are off balanced. I loved my physical therapist. She was so nice and caring. I would highly recommend this place.

Everyone there has been very helpful. Megan has been able to correct something that has been a problem for over three months. My husband and I are thankful for the people at ATI Balance.

If only I could do less than one star because I would in a heart beat. I have never experienced such awful therapy services as I did while I was here. I went in with a grade 3 ankle sprain for therapy for 6 weeks. I was pushed so hard so quickly in therapy and was being forced to use a leg press and push about 70lbs 1 week out from injury. I quit going for a few days but got even worse. Went back to see the doctor and he recommended 4 more weeks of surgery and then an MRI. Went for the 1st week and the therapist told me there was no point in coming because I would need surgery either way. I switched 4 therapists while I was there and the last one was the most effective but by that point I already needed surgery. After I had the surgery, I never went back and have made sure many friends and family members don’t go here either.

I was referred to ATI for vision, dizziness, and balance issues after I was involved in a car accident that resulted in me being diagnosed with post-concussion syndrome. The staff was not only very knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and understanding. I would definitely recommend them!
