Idk why all the bad reviews. I met several of the staff. They were all great. Rooms could be updated but the bed was comfy and everything worked. I slept through the night as well as any other place that isn’t home. The price was acceptable and everything was clean. I have no complaints and would stay again

There is no ice machine on the floors of the hotel. You have to go downstairs to ask the front desk for some.

We had a lovely stay with our dogs at the Aloft Charleston. The room was very nice and spacious. Just a short drive, about 45 minutes from the beach.
