Did an online pickup through Instacart and I apparently accidentally pressed the I’m here button but didn’t know. Jennifer called me and left an extremely rude voicemail saying that it says I’ve been there for three minutes but I’m not. I called her back to let her know I must’ve accidentally hit the wrong button and I was very sorry and I’d be there in a couple minutes. She was very rude and said ok and hung up. When I got there she didn’t speak to me and just loaded my groceries. I understand having a bad day and being frustrated that I wasn’t there but Jennifer’s attitude was really uncalled for.

Worst supermarket ever ! Cashier drops my receipt on the floor, at 70 I have to pick it up… while she sits on her butt… then gives me a shopping cart with no quarter in it that’s broken down … killed my wrist wheeling it out… like… I won’t be back here… Summerville is much nicer … and usually has more than one cashier

My wife and I like this grocery store. It has a fairly good selection and really good prices. Sometimes we can't find a few of the main brands we usually get, but Aldi normally has a similar brand or generic. That's my only complaint. Everything else is good. Go there for the prices.

I love this store. I have shopped Mount Pleasant and Goose Creek locations but this one is my favorite. Heather always asks how my husband is doing and Kemontre has always given my the best customer service.

Specifically the North Charleston Aldi on rivers- your “new staff” needs better training in customer service. The cashier on lane 4 was incredibly rude and gave unnecessary attitude. If this is day 3 of employment then they need to kindly say “I’m sorry I’m new this is my third day” not “this is just day 3 mama you need to chill” and then wish me “the day you deserve.” Right back at ya!!! I hope that I don’t see this employee again as she clearly does not fit the Aldi brand. Very disappointed.
