DO NOT RECOMMEND! Very calculated and mischievous! Will have the insurance company add on all types of services that he recommends from an accident but will not complete the work! Only looking to get a larger check from insurance provider and does not have anyone's best interest at heart. My car was patched up enough for him to get it from his shop and collect payment. Very unethical work! He seems to be a liar. My car was just supposedly repaired, and the same exact area is already falling apart! Didn't even realigned the fender back the correct way. Terrible experience! Do not support this guy!

Mel did an amazing job with color matching my bumper. Even using the paint code to the car, it came out darker. They did not hesitate to make it right and re paint it. It came out way better than my expectations. Talk about amazing customer service. Great pricing. And great quality. This is your place to go. Most shops I called were booked until the Fall, but AAA Action Auto Body was able to get my car in the next day and repaired within a week. Mel and his team were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them!

I was in an accident on 5/5 and it really threw everything off track for me. I called every auto body shop in Charleston. Every shop gave me a time frame of August-September to be able to fix my car. I immediately panicked, I kept searching. All of a sudden AAA auto body shop populated. I spoke to the mechanic and he told me to bring my car in so he can look at it. I brought my car in on 5/15 and I just picked up my car on 6/7. This was the BEST service EVER!! The manager was extremely nice and helpful and it did not take long for my car to be fixed. If it wasn't for AAA auto body my car would still be damaged and sitting in one spot. THANK YOU so much for your service!!!!

This is the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto body shop. They were able to get me in for a same day estimate and were able to get my truck fixed just a couple days later. There were scratches and dents that I needed repaired and they did a perfect job, it looks brand new. The owner, Mel, is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and gave me updates the whole time they were working on the car.They offered very fair pricing for the job compared to the numerous other body shops in the area that I called before them. I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car!!Services: Painting

Had an absolutely amazing experience with this business, Mel and everybody at action Auto did a phenomenal job helping me get rid of a an annoying door dent. Not only did they knock the job out same day but stayed late to make sure the job was done right and they did it for a fair and affordable rate, far less than anyone else had quoted me. I also had an awesome conversation with Mel's son who like me is a veteran. It was awesome catching up with a veteran brother! Awesome conversation that made you feel welcome! The hood and the bumper were damaged because a bicyclist ran into my car. He fell on my hood. The body work was exceptional and adds value to the car for the best price.
