DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!They are not mechanics!! They are parts changers. They lack management and someone competent to make sure things are done right. I had gave them an open check book to repair my suspension and they didn’t install parts included in the suspension package and then put it all back together knowing other parts were bad and should have been replaced. Told me they had trouble getting the alignment right and that’s because they put the front end back together with parts that were bad.
So here I am 6 months later with the same problems I had before I took my vehicle there. And they had my vehicle for almost 10 days.
DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE!!

Price was a bit much for what I got quoted around town but everyone was booked a week out. $150 for labor just for front brakes, another $150 for the back. Not including the parts which was NOT replacing the rotors, only replacing pads. Asked for balance and rotation, after checking the PSI before and after the service they did not rotate, only balanced. Plus a charge for not paying in cash. Overall I think they could do better price wise and actually fulfilling the requested services.

These guys are awesome! I was traveling from GA to Charleston and noticed a knocking sound coming from my car. Also, had an oil leak that I was not aware of. Jamie was awesome and got my car in the next morning. He kept me updated and they got my car back on the road. They were honest and helpfuI and I would recommend A+ in Charleston to anyone!

Very disappointing. I definitely DO NOT recommend. I took my car there on Sept 13th for a diagnosis and repair, and just got it back today with no repairs done. My car was with them for a 10 DAYS and they did not reach out to me once. Communication was TERRIBLE. The staff seemed extremely nonchalant about fixing my car. After 7 days of my car being in there possession, I called and they had NO updates for me. They charge $125 for diagnosis, and yet they did not diagnose the problem or fix it. BUT they definitely kept my money and wasted my time.

terrible service they fix one problem and create another for you to come back smh and it's $125 for diagnosis per issue never going back you get zero stars

I had an appointment left my car there for a week for an oil pan gasket change. Cost $600 when they gave it back to me I had a Miss on number 6 cylinder which was confirmed by their man after they brought it to me but they wouldn't look at it because I didn't have an appointment anymore I would have to wait till next week and have it looked at and more diagnostics they said they steam cleaned my engine so that they could clean they could change the oil gasket well that's why I found water underneath my coil when I got home change the coil out it was good but they wouldn't pay for the part cuz it they didn't change it and it wasn't under warranty even though they were the ones that sprayed the steam up under there and got water under it. I also drove out with a ABS light and a traction control off light that I didn't have before I came in. So you fix the leak and left me with three other problems I give them no stars.

i cannot believe they have all these 5 star ratings, they might not even be real!!!! i really dislike talking this way but if i can help someone save hundreds ill do what i must, dont do what i did and waste hundreds going here!!

Broke a brake line at the hunt club. Spoke with Ashley from A+ Auto Service in N. Charleston and she arranged for a tow truck. My truck was taken to A+ Auto in the morning, they made the repairs and they were done the same afternoon. Can't say enough good things about A+ Auto Services.

196 Mercury is odometer stopped working. Had a full inspection completed on the car. New plugs new coolant, new hoses. Call was nicely steam cleaned in the engine. Work was very professional..

I am new to the area (for college) and chose A+ Auto entirely based off the reviews online. I am so glad that we went with A+. They we're so fast with the repair, maintained incredible communication with both me and my father, and did a wonderful job with diagnosing and fixing the problem. I really loved the text message updates and the complete car inspection report that came directly to my phone. 100% would recommend to anyone needing a repair to their car. Honest, good people. We worked with Jamie almost exclusively and he was so kind and open about the problem, the cost, and other potential issues and really made me feel in the loop as a college girl that knows nothing about cars.
