Jaime and A+ did great work. Took my car to a dealer, Rhymes with Jones Ford, Jones charges me the diagnostic fee and in 30 min tells me I need a new engine and turbo. Jaime and his crew took the extra time to diagnose and test everything, although the repair was expensive, communication and explanation were there thru the whole process and very happy at the outcome. Overall great service, I don’t understand some of the negative reviews. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure. Thanks A+.

Took our Chevy Cruze here because it has a stalling issue. They said they would diagnose it and let us know what the issue is. After almost a week, They gave us a list of 3 issues to repair that would stop the stalling, totaling a little over $1300. We said fine. They said they test drove it, and it was good. Also recommend a coolant leak fix. A day later the car stalled again. We called them, told them the issues are still there. They said they would look at it again and if its something they did, they would fix it no charge. Well they happened to find a whole NEW issue, now this is the real reason for the stalling all of a sudden. Smh. They wanted another $520 to fix the issue for real now, after a week of diagnosis and a test drive. They pretty much stole $1300 from us. Then when we told them we didn't want to put anymore money into it. Their response was "ok" without a care., But be careful. Malachi, and Jamie sound honest on the phone, but this place ain't nothing but crooks to us.

We broke down on a Monday morning after just getting in from Ohio. It was very stressful having to get a tow to a repair shop in a town where you know no one. After calling roughly 10 places, A+ was the only place willing to even look at my vehicle before FRIDAY. A+ got my car in and looked at the same day. By Tuesday, it was fixed. I am beyond grateful for their understating of my urgency with being from out of state. They also kept me in the loop every step of the way.

My teenage daughter was on vacation in the area and her car through a plethora of warning lights on her way to her destination. I called a few shops in the area that were all booked up and then I called a+. They had a cancellation as luck would have it and was able to fit her in to replace her alternator. Upon inspection they found that she also had a bad water pump causing alternator to wear faster than normal. They were able to get both pieces replaced same day with no argument. This saved me a 10-hour round trip and hotel state to come up and do just the alternator. Excellent pricing and phenomenal service from Jamie and Caleb! If you're in the area I'm sure you already know this is a great company to work with but for us out of towners I'm highly recommending their services if needed! Thank you Jamie for all your quick and thorough communication.

We were coming to Charleston to go on a cruise, our car started to give us trouble, so we left our car here to be repaired while we went on our cruise. The only complaint is there was limited communication with them, even though we were on a cruise we had access to email which they did take from me…not particularly their fault. They had us on the road by lunchtime the day we arrived back. Very grateful for the quick work.

Jaime and the team at A+ Auto Service were fantastic! We had car trouble on our last day of vacation, and the team fit us in and made repairs so we could get back on the road to make it home safely. Communication was great all around, the price was fair, and the whole team was friendly. Thank you!!

Dropped my car off in the earlier part of Saturday. Dealing with an oversized drain plug in the oil pan and the staff was open and honest about tackling it (for an oil change). At the end of it all, vehicle was serviced at a very competitive price. I had stopped at two other shops beforehand, but they couldn't help me. Glad this shop could.

As far as I'm concerned A+ Auto is the best. They keep me abreast of everything that needs to be done to my FIT before it becomes a problem. I would recommend them highly to all of my female friends who maybe looking for a place to take their car. That being said, they're a great bunch of folks.
