I have not use this Pharmacy in years. I called last Sunday about my prescription and absolutely no one could answer my question. I'm glad I ended up at CVS because they got me ready in less than 10 minutes and the prescription and question the pharmacist knew immediately!I wish I could get Walmart take care of you but honestly I've only ever had negative experiences at this particular location.Every once in awhile I try to give them another chance but I'm to the point where I just don't care anymore...I would use this particular Walmart pharmacy as a last resort. There are good Walmart pharmacies out there but the North Augusta Walmart is definitely not one of them.I gave 2 stars because the lady was extremely pleasant that answered my call. The pharmacist himself was not ??♀️ IDK if perhaps he was embarrassed that he didn't know the answer to my question or what BUT even though he didn't know... Kindness goes a long way when dealing with the public.

Staff looks like they hate their jobs. They are not friendly and the process is unorganized. I'll tell you how it was for me. My doctor sent my prescription in. I drive to the location and to the pharmacy. I came up to the cashier and asked when the soonest would be that I could pick it up. She says that it's still in "inbound," and I ask her again because I don't understand what that's suppose to mean. I go to a different window to get my medicine after I have to wait 30 minutes for my one medication. BTW, it's 14 pills in a bottle, common antibiotic, nothing they have to mix up. Really? I won't be back.
