Don't bother prepaying for prescriptions. They'll ask you to pay again to pick up. They'll automatically refund the online payment at least.

I can never get this place to answer the Pharmacy phone!! Walgreens in North Augusta is not the place to go. To expensive and waiting time is LONG.

Hours for the store are shorter and shorter and the pharmacy hours are shockingly short. Not open past 6pm Monday through Friday and not even open on the weekend :(

As an employer I understand the job market is tight and it is difficult to find qualified help. However, Walgreens has decided they will not be accommodating to the customer and close early. I was told they do not have a pharmacist so they close at 6 p.m., a time when most people are getting off work to pick up prescriptions. Thanks Walgreens, we really know what your customers mean to.

Pharmacy actually being open and available is basically a crap shoot. Going to transfer my script out to somewhere that is competent

Regularly understaffed in the pharmacy, and overloaded. Extremely slow on service.

Need quick photos, such as passports or 4x6. This is the closest Walgreens in the North Augusta area that does photos. I highly recommend this location, the cashier were friendly, and I quickly received my photos within the hour. My only grip is the location on the corner, which makes exiting very difficult if you had to turn left to cross over the bridge and head back into downtown Augusta.

What the heeeel has happened to this place. Went here to get some passport photos done and wanted to go into the bathroom to make sure I was looking my best :) Both bathrooms had cleaning in progress notices on them. They were not in process of cleaning them, this looks like a tactic of making sure no one is able to use the bathroom perhaps because they can't be bothered to clean them who knows. Then waited patiently in line at the photo section while the lady helped an older lady use the printing machine for her photos. Once the lady was available she asked me what I needed - told her that I had come to get some passport photos and she told me that I would have to see the lady on the checkout by the door as she was busy !! Basically couldn't be bothered with that either. Took myself right out of the store to CVS up the road and they were very pleasant and I was in and out in 2 minutes there. Would I go back - well with the current attitude of can't be bothered, unlikely.

Problem with hours open. I use drive thru due to medical issues. They seem to be closed (pharmacy) more than open.

The pharmacist at this location is was Rude to me personally but also to my insurance carrier. Since I was having trouble getting my medication filled I requested that the pharmacist transfer my prescription to another location and was told no, that the other pharmacy had to call and request the transfer. The other pharmacy was on hold for more than 1 1/2 hours without Walgreens answering their call. I called the next day and was on hold for almost 2 hours. I then decided to go to the Walgreen store and was told the pharmacy was closed because of an emergency. Again unable to get medication. Also during height of COVID Omicron variant none of the pharmacy staff were wearing mask or gloves. Robin C

One of the most understaffed Walgreens in the country! On hold for over 45 minutes so far with only one person ahead in the call line! They close at 1pm on Sundays and 6pm during the week, which is ridiculous for a retail pharmacy serving an entire community!! I'm sure the pharmacist is great because prescriptions are always accurate and pleasant, but they need extra staff!!! Come on Walgreens! Get it together!

Made an appointment for flu shot 11/7 at 9am was told I could come instead 1145 same day only to be told I could get shot unless I had appointment which I did but was told in the store they had no control over setting appointments therefore I could not get flu shot then but was told I could come back the next day between 930-430 AS A WALK IN?!?!?!?Ok set another appointment for 945am 11/16 got there at least 15 minutes early. Was still waiting til 1015 with two ppl ahead of me that had not been waiting on either. Had to leave due to work.Slow very non personable ( Cheyenne) everyone seemed to be walking around with the expectations of (chrandra-she had drive moving along nicely)without a purpose. No explanation of why there was a wait NOTHING!!!So I will not be using the pharmacy at the Walgreens for nothing else!!!So I hope this review will be seen by the powers that be and in order for there to be a remedy for the next customer because it will mot be this one EVER again
