I have nothing nice to say about this location. The sales rep I had named Faith, well the name doesn't match and it turns out I shouldn't have had any in her. Told I was paying taxes and fees which didn't include a discloser that fees included a $30 charge for her VOLUNTEERING to do so without being asked. Shady business if you ask me. I already switched to AT&T. Beware of the SCAMMERS at this location. Will continue to refresh this so customers know about these scamming sales associates.

Justin Anderson is the absolute best Rep!! He floats all the Verizon locations in the area but if you’re a new customer or need help, this guy, is “The Guy.”I had to switch my service to Verizon and was recommended to Justin through my employer. Calling him was the best decision I could have made, he went above and beyond for me and I know I wouldn’t have gotten the same level of service, had I gone anywhere else.Thank you Verizon and a BIG thanks to Justin!!

Fastest I ever got in and out of a Verizon store. They wanted 30.00 to set up my phone. All I had to do was sign into Google.

Waited for a long time. They were very busy. Switched to them from another carrier. Staff was friendly and the bathroom was clean. The issue that brought me in there wasn't resolved. I have to go back.

Worst thing I did was to sign with Verizon. They are charging me twice what they should and I already have been there several times do resolve the problem. Every time they do a lot of things in the computer and say that is done but for more than 3 months I have been paying almost $100 dollars in a plan that I should pay $50. ?I will ask a lawyer to talk with you from now on.

My daughter and I have had nothing but trouble switching from straight talk to Verizon. I think this is almost the worst experience I've had moving phone service. The tech didn't activate my son's sim card so it has been porting in for over a week and still no phone service. They have been working on it but this is getting ridiculous!!!
