I spent nearly 4 hours at the store to switch over two lines, trusting Verizon's offer. My first bill was in line with what I was told, but my second bill came in $50 higher than expected. When I called customer service to understand the discrepancy, I was told there was nothing they could do except cancel my service. The lack of transparency and unwillingness to resolve this issue is unacceptable. Feels like a bait-and-switch—definitely disappointed with the experience.

Fantastic took the impeccably dressed polite Justin less than 5 minutes to solve all my phone issues. I felt a bit sheepish of my inability to fix the problem myself. He was so kind and a truly well raised gentleman. His inside spirit rivaled his well dressed well spoken outside. I understand there are 2 Justin's working there he was the one with a darker complexion and brilliant smile. Thank you the time you took just to listen to me and take care of my phone needs. Incredible service.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the kind lady who sold me my very first smart phone. {yes I'm one of those old dinosaurs that had a flip phone for years.} Her name is Princess and, I could not have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable buying experience for a digital device. Her technical knowledge and ability to navigate multiple sources while migrating my old phone to the new was clearly on display. I went into the store with some trepidation because of my basic lack of knowledge in this area. She put me at ease and guided me through the whole process and I was out of there in very little time the proud owner of an iPhone. I want to thank her, and the Verizon company for hiring people with that level of skill and expertise. I will be more than happy to return to a Verizon store and people like her if I should ever need any technical assistance in the future.

I had a great experience at the North Augusta Verizon store this week! I am an ancient dinosaur when it comes to technology. Stephanie came to my rescue answering the numerous questions I had. She patiently walked me through the solution I needed. Excellent customer service!!!
