Instead of putting my mail (2 small packages) in my lock box on my front porch the carrier just threw it in a chair on the porch. I had a package to be picked up and the carrier didn't pick it up. North Augusta SC has the very worst service I have ever encountered. They don't even try. If I could leave no stars I would.

I have delivered a card for my mom's b-day with a gift card inside. This was never delivered! Shame on the post office. This has happened several times. I hope you all aren't stealing mail or opening cards because that's a federal offense. You need to fix your Post Office. I understand it's busy,but as people we need to be able to trust our local post offices to deliver mail.

These people who deliver mail can NOT read. Multiple packages "delivered" but unable to find anywhere because these "geniuses" probably put it in the rigjt box. Any federally funded service is typically garbage and USPS is the same everywhere - TRASH.

Went to this place today to send off packages to return that didn’t work for me. I got in line and came up to the register and set my package down. The lady working asked me what I needed. I told her. She said, “So how we gon send it, because we ain’t got no tape.” Telling me as if I knew they didn’t have tape. I just looked at her because I thought she was the most unprofessional dumb bimbo I’ve ever seen. So I had to run somewhere else to get me and another lady that was thinking the same thing about the situation (she was behind me) some tape. I also had to rush back before they closed. Thank God I kept faith. I would put her name out there, but I have calm down some. However, if these the type of people you want to handle your customers, just throw the whole store away.

I went to the North Augusta Post Office to report two packages, shipped about a week apart, which contained the same items....bulbs as missing. The second shipment was a replacement for the first. I told the counter person both were marked delivered. Neither came to my address. The postmaster was supposed to come out, but did not. Person returned and stated it was delivered. I was told one was delivered to a neighbor's box, would be retrieved, and brought to me. Long story short, she was not helpful, nice, or friendly, provided no help. Neither has been delivered to me. The mail carrier was notified days later. I asked him.

I did a change of address online, it cost me $1.59 and the mail is still not being delivered to the appropriate address. This is very disturbing and unacceptable

The most unprofessional, consistently unpleasant and rude office people to deal with. Every time you come into ship something you’re met with attitude and general disdain. If you don’t like your job go work somewhere else.

USPS NEED TO BE COURTEOUS OF THE TAX PAYING CITIZENS IN NO SHAPE FORM OR FASHION IF A ORDER WAS AT POST OFFICE AND A DRIVER I HAVE NO CLUE OR RECORD OF HAVE AN EMERGENCY MY PACKAGE SHOULD BE AVALIABLE FOR PICKUP IMMEDIATELY. MY TIME IS AS PRECIOUS AS THAT DRIVER WHO HAD AN EMERGENCY. EMERGENCY PICK UP OR HOLD SHOULD BE A DEFAULT SECOND OPTION AVALIABLE OR BETWEEN 5AM-8AM I CAN TAKE ACTION TO PUT MY ITEM ON HOLD. WAYYY TO MANY PEOPLE BEING SERVICED FOR THINGS TO STOP BC OF ONE DRIVER HAVING AN EMERGENCY 5 HOURS IS ALOT OF PRECIOUS TIME AND IVE BEEN WAITING PATIENTLY BUT NOT WITHOUT ANGER

I've lived all around the USA & THIS... This location has the best customer service, friendliest employees I've ever met. I believe there were 3 women working the front & let me tell you, they THINK AHEAD IN CONSIDERATION OF YOU.I walked in with another person, we both had to drop off a package, all the employees saw me, saw what we had in our hands & without even hesitation she said "If your dropping off leave it over here".I stood around for a little bit to see how they interacted with customers, they LITERALLY ask customers what they need soon as anyone walks in.USPS YOU BETTER GIVE THEM A RAISE!!! That is top notch quality customer service! You'll never find employees EVER who perform at their job at this level, very rare work ethic & this happened about a couple months ago & I STILL think about it! I just had to write a review because it was by far the most excellent service I've ever encountered. Great job ladies

USPS keeps trying to deliver a sign only package at 2 PM. We have jobs. I’ve been trying to get this package for 4 days now, but they’ve not left a single pick up address on any of the notes. How do they expect someone to sign for something during working hours. Trash service.
