WORST PLACE EVER!Been scammed by these people twice now. The dude who tried helping me, literally made me feel so uncomfortable and when me and my boyfriend walked in, we told them what we were trying to do, he acted like he understood, then next thing I know, he just puts us on a plan without consulting us about it and put protective ins on a SIM card FOR A PHONE WE DONT HAVE, and his exact words, “ I put yall on this plan and put protective ins on this so my commission doesn’t get docked. “ And I should have known from the beginning that, that was something sketchy. Well, I went back there this morning, to return what I had done over the weekend, for them to tell me it’s non refundable. NOWHERE IN THE REFUND POLICY DID NOT SAY IT WAS NON REFUNDABLE. When I had asked him about it, and told him it wasn’t in the refund policy, he said “ yeah it doesn’t have it in there but it’s store policy and it’s non refundable “ and like I said, this isn’t the first time they have done this to me. But I gave them benefit of the doubt. After this, I will never use Tmobile ever again. All they do is lie, give you the run around, and apparently just put you on a plan for their commission purposes. All I was trying to do was move from a family plan to my own plan. I didn’t even need an extra 3rd line, but that’s what I ended up with because of the dude working there. Needless to say, I called customer care and they gave me my refund since it was not in the refund policy. (: but we will be switching phone carriers to Verizon.

Jeffrey helped my elderly mom switch to a smartphone so that we can get control over the hundreds of spam calls that made her old phone completely unusble. Mom has resisted the change every step of the way, and he treated her with kindness and respect and spoke slow and loud so she could follow without feeling intimidated or frustrated. I am so grateful for the understanding and exceptional customer service! Thank you Jeffrey!

I have been in to T-Mobile multiple times and Kelly is amazing. She always makes the best of things while waiting and answers any questions you have. So if you go into T-Mobile ask for her you will have the best experience

We went in on Saturday, November 12th to transfer service from a competitor. This simple transaction took 5 (FIVE) yes 5 hours. We ended up leaving without completely transferring all of our devices. The next day we had to call corporate and even had to go to a corporate store to resolve our issues. We did not know at the time that this store is not a corporate store. Regardless, we stayed with T-mobile and ended up watching our bill online and there were some irregularities that were not clear, to this end we called corporate again and figured with the time that we had invested in this whole endeavor it was time to cut ties before the 14 day return period was up. Things just did not seem right, particularly after a 5 hour endeavor one day and another 5+ hours on the phone and going to corporate stores. We ended up transferring our service back to our previous carrier and were in and out within about an hour with no drama. One positive note I do have to say is that dealing with corporate T-Moblie was another level, they were PHENOMENAL, absolutely awesome. This retailer is the one who lost us as T-Moblie customers, not the cell/data coverage or the corporate customer service.

This place is horrible ? gave us the wrong plan then didn't honor their mistake. Will never go back there again. It was such a mess took customer care on the phone to get things somewhat straight!

Ask for Jeffrey! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of what i was in need of. He also made sure I received the best price, and that was most important to me. I didn't just feel like another sale. Thanks so much for making this experience easy. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE.

8-3Store closed at 4pm, metal doors down and door locked.Always friendly and fun to go in, they were out of the glass type screen protector for my phone but installed a peel and stick for temporary protection until they get some more in stock. Associate said he will call when he gets some in stock...we will see but for now 5 stars.

The best customer service is in this store! T-mobile always has good customer service but the service I got from Key-onta the other day was waaaayyyy above and beyond! I've worked in Customer Service for over 20 years and I'm highly impressed with her knowledge & ability to connect with me as a customer! Give this woman a raise or I'll be looking to steal her! ?

Mixed information. Wasn't really informed on the programs I inquired about. Overall TMobile is always TMobile. Fair prices, decent quality, but I do feel like customer service needs a little bit more work.

Poor customer service, young guy was about 40 minutes late opening the store. Its a few other things that I suspect, but waiting on evidence. Questionable behavior.

I just experienced the worst customer service. She was busy playing on her phone and ready to get off of work. I've been a T-Mobile customer for years, but after the experience I just had in the North Augusta store I won't much longer. I'm going shopping for another cell phone company.
