Always a great experience and care for our cats. Fees are a little high but as a cat rescue they are a very good option for care in North Augusta.

They were.caring for.my niece and deceased sister's cat who was terminal. When he got really sick I called at 8 AM and wad told to bring him in at 3 PM. I argued with the receptionist but got nowhere. I went in early but the poor cat had to suffer. The office manager said they have a limit of emergency visits. I feel they've become insensitive. Dr Strock is nice but has not been there most of the time. In addition one of my cats was given wrong vacinnation and one was not given annual.meds.

It’s very obvious these people have 0 customer service skills! I suggest you find another vet. They were so rude to me! Me and everyone I know will pass this on!

Back in the good days when you were an appreciated patient, and during business hours you needed urgent care...which was rare...your local vet didn't charge an inconvenience fee for you having to walk in. Shame on this clinic for padding their bills to their patients, and calling it a nonsense term of "walk-in fee." Not only is that arrogant, but it's insulting to your loyal patients. Passed the word on to my other family and friend animal owners (they asked). Hope the $25 was worth it, because you lost yourself a couple of good customers. Shame on you.
