“I think employees should be aloud to treat customers the way they are being treated. I witnessed a customer being totally rude to a nice lady working the deli. The customer was “in a hurry” actually started to cut line in front of me & I made sure that didn’t happen. She talked down so rudely to the employee. I doubled back to let the employee know not to take that personally because some people just suck & clearly she was one of them. I told her had I been her dealing with that rude of a person I might likely thrown her baloney at her. It’s the rudest I’ve seen someone be in that setting. Then as I shopped further it looked as if the same customer was repeating the process in the bakery department. I’m giving 5stars for the pleasant workers who shouldn’t have to be treated like that.”

“I frequent the Kroger pharmacy on Knox. I’ve had great experiences with Kathy every time. This past time was exceptional, I was headed to the pharmacy to pick up an inhaler after work, and my luck began to have an asthma attack on the way there. I came to the counter out of breath and Kathy greeted me and had my prescription handed to me in ample amount of time. I’m so thankful! She was also a great help in answering insurance questions that I had. Thank you so much!”

I should’ve gotten the name of the lady but I do know she was the Pharmacist and she was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and for lack of better words, she just acted like she cared about what I was asking. I try to support small businesses and I regret not making this switch sooner.”
“This is a phenomenal pharmacy! Their “fill” time for prescriptions is the best I have ever seen at any other pharmacy. We have worked with them for 9 years and I am always impressed with their ability to get prescriptions filled at the speed that they do even as our community has grown and their work load has tripled.”
“Need quick photos, such as passports or 4x6. This is the closest Walgreens in the North Augusta area that does photos. I highly recommend this location, the cashier were friendly, and I quickly received my photos within the hour. My only grip is the location on the corner, which makes exiting very difficult if you had to turn left to cross over the bridge and head back into downtown Augusta.”
“After having a horrendous experience at Walgreens I decided to go in here and try to get some UK passport photos. Met at the door by Don and he was so pleasant. Within 2 minutes I had my photo taken and photos printed in Great Britain size. Such a great experience deserves a rating of 5.Deffo will be back.”

“Yesterday I came back from a 9 day honeymoon and thought I had 2 week supply of one of my asthma medications but I was wrong. I had trouble getting it overnighted by express scripts so I called this Walgreens and spoke to Katie. She was able to transfer my script and told me she would call me either way…if there is a problem or when it is ready. I’m used to disorganized pharmacies so I was shocked when she called me back so soon to tell me it was ready. Today I went to pick it up but got there after closing forgetting they close early on the weekend. I gestured over the window that I needed inhaler for my lungs and they actually helped me. Today it was a man that helped me. They are incredible over here. Thank you for helping me get my breathing treatment so I don’t die. They went above and beyond! Bless you guys!”

“Clean, not crowded, and the store does not smell. Miss the old assistant female manager with dark hair. She always spoke and made the place feel welcomed and local. She moved on to be manager someplace else.
There's a missing good feel and friendliness since she left.”
