Ted and crew did a great job on my visit last week. Not only did they get me squared away with new golf cart batteries, they installed a new battery for my truck. After testing , it indicated that it needed to be replaced which they handled quickly. I use them for all my battery needs and would highly recommend!

Visited the Interstate Battery Store in North Augusta, S.C. On April 6th. Purchased a set of golf cart batteries . These guys in here are a fine group of men that know how to treat a customer. Very professional , courteous , and knowledgeable. A pleasure to do business here ! 5 Stars !

If you have any kind of problem with your car that you suspect to be electrical and you need a new battery, don't go to Advance Auto parts or AutoZone go to interstate batteries in North Augusta. These guys are the experts of batteries and many of our new cars have very sophisticated electronic control modules. Coded key fobs alarm systems and these guys have the special tools to make sure that not only will you get the best battery but all your codes and contacts and etc. Won't be lost from your computer system in your car. Or worse, yet you end up at the dealership getting your key fobs recoded for three or $400 after getting your battery swapped at Advanced Auto parts

I’m less than 10 miles down the road and I called and asked to have four of their batteries delivered to replace four of their batteries that almost didn’t make it a year and they wouldn’t help me out. So much for my business and I’ll make sure I tell the other truckers too!! Thanks for nothing! Keep on trucking soon as I get some non interstate batteries!

Straight forward customer service which is all I ask for. I asked that they test the battery for my review before installation and they happily obliged. So why didn't I go to Costco and spend a few dollars less for a battery? I did! When I took the battery home and tested it before installation it was at 60% capacity! I put it on a charger over night with no improvement. This is indicative of a battery damaged during shipping or on the shelf too long. I took it back for a return and asked why they don't test the batteries before selling it. Their response was this is Costco!
