These folks have ALWAYS been able to pick up our vehicle when we need them to and safely tow it exactly where we ask. It seems that even when they say they're really busy one day, we've still never had to wait very long for them to arrive. Courteous, professional, friendly, and affordable!! We really appreciate the Big Tow!!?

10/10 recommend. Cody was able to overnight a key fob and program it immediately. Between the customer service, communication, and price I will forever give him my business and referrals. On top of that, he had my car washed and vacuumed. Little things like that show a customer you appreciate their business. Huge thank you!!

Big Tow Wrecker Service LLC is just like everyone else says. "Fast & "Friendly!" AAA "of the Carolinas" had me waiting for 6 hours (on 2 separate occasions in consecutive years), & that's 2 too many! ?? 1 call to Big Tow was all I needed to drop my AAA 20yr membership, *FOREVER.* Thanks for the rescue, & I know for certain who to call next time!UnKle Fester

Just literally had Cody here to tow our van to the mechanic. At 7am, my husband went to leave for work and the van wouldn't start. Charged up the battery, still nothing. Called the best rated mechanic on Google and was referred to use BIG Tow to get the van to the shop. No regrets here! Cody is professional and kind. Affordable pricing. After waynes and Chauncy said 4hrs to come get me off the side of the road these guys came from clearwater,sc to Augusta,ga by sams in 30 minutes I really Appreciate you fella because after sitting in the hot sun for hours i was definitely having the worst of day and the driver Ken was very professional and even was able to put me in touch with someone to help me get my vehicle back rolling big ?????????? you guys

I found myself in a bad spot and needed a tow in a hurry and in less than an hour they had my vehicle, picked up and delivered to my house, unharmed.
