“Got a radiator. No one else had one. I am used to a bare radiator with nothing included. This brand had bolts, clamps for bypass port if you need, and all ends were sealed with caps. Hard to get a quality unit anymore.”

He was extremely helpful, explained in terminology I could understand, and brought us in to be greeted by more staff that were equally as helpful and informative.
