I needed a new battery today and the people at Autozone Atomic Rd North Augusta were so thorough, ensuring they had stock, were ready to start when I arrived and were friendly, professional and just cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Walked in. Not very friendly at all. Ms Crystal, who is the store manager, tried to get me. I needed a starter. She said it was $199. I had just called the other day to price one out and knew they had a remanufactured for $166. She wasn't going to tell me about that one though. I mentioned it and she had it in stock. Wasn't going to tell me about that one though just to make a little extra. Tell me how the store manager missed this? Needless to say. I did not buy from this place. Bad business!

Walked into auto zone, stood there looking around waiting, the manager starts yelling “there’s other people in line” which I had no intentions of cutting in front of them. Nadine claims to be the manager, heard me say when it was my turn if they could scan my car, the guy looks at me and Nadine pipes in “the scanner is broken.” She has an attitude and absolutely no professionalism to be a manager, corporate will be called. Go to advanced auto or O’Reillys for proper service.

Picked up new windshield wipers at AutoZone on Atomic Rd.Young lady grabbed what I needed by looking out the window at my car.She had the special tool used to replace .In and out in underb3 minutes.
