“Pulled in, parked, opened the hood, and turned to see employee Chris walking towards our car. He was extremely helpful, explained in terminology I could understand, and brought us in to be greeted by more staff that were equally as helpful and informative. Turned out I had the wrong type of battery in my Honda Pilot, so I got the right one in, took a picture of the receipt, and we have a 3 year warranty on the battery. “After spending a day out shopping for a truck for my son that he could afford we happened to pass by Barrett. We were actually on our way to another dealer we had looked at earlier to buy a truck that I really didn’t have a good feeling about when we passed by Barrett. We turned around went back. We told him what we were looking for & he showed a nice Dodge. We ended up buying it. My son drove it 3 days & we had a serious problem. My son called him & had us get over to him. He took care of the problem for us. In turn I will be going back to him very soon to hopefully buy another truck. In my opinion he strives to build a good business.”

“Curtis was very, very knowledgeable of all heavy equipment vehicle engines, etc.
We were blessed to have him arrive in a short time. He dismantled the steering column to find spinning bolts. Curtis then said he was unable to open connections to the engine because of the bolts. He referred us to another shop. I was amazed he did not want to charge us due to being unable to fix the issue, yet we still had to put the steering column together. We continued to talk, and he just ended up putting the steering column back together. I still gave him some money, but the knowledge he shared was irreplaceable. Thank you, Curtis!”

I was in a time crunch to get my car fixed, and they graciously accepted it right away (weeks before other body shops would be able to look at it) and got to work immediately. They kindly answered all of my phone calls with patience and thoroughly answered my questions. They did an excellent job putting my car back together exactly as it was in the short time frame that I needed for an out-of-state move. I am so sad to be a thousand miles away now, but for those near by, you cannot go wrong with this family business! There is good reason they’ve been in business for over 50 years. “I live in NE Columbia, had to come to Augusta to fill in for someone for work. I hit a big pot hole and blew my tire out. I searched for a tire that was going to fit my non existent emergency budget. A coworker told me about AllGreen Tire. I call them and everything was amazing from then. All my worries about being over an hour from home were gone. They are a great group of guys there. Please if you are in need of tires do yourself the favor and check them out. They won't disappoint you.”
“After taking my car to two different shops and having mechanics with 30 plus years experience diagnose and fix my car, it still wouldn't start. I called DHB and Hector and David came to me within the hour. They were able to diagnose my car within minutes and fixed it for far less than what a shop would have charged. They have been my go to mechanics since and I wouldn't dream of trusting anyone else!!!!”
“I called around and they had the best prices for a full synthetic oil change. Tires Plus was about 118$ after a discount. National tire and Battery it was about 105 plus 15$ for every extra quart of oil ans Jiffy Lube about 120$. Walmart offered a full synthetic oil change for about 55$ plus tax. It took about 45 minutes so we looked around and shopped whike we waited. And they let us sign up for text notifications so I got a nice text saying when we were all done. The girl behind the desk was very friendly. Only downfall was nobody ever answers their phone for the auto dept when you call so I was forced to just go by but other than that I gave no complaints.”
“Fast friendly cheap service. Cant find a cheaper oil change any where else in town! You can drop your car off while you look around or shop and get a text back soon as they are done. I wouldnt recommend calling because they seem to almost never answer their phone.”
