Have gotten several items from Here but will not be returning they all about money I can understand if I was a day late but that's not the case I got a call about a payment ok the payment was taken out of my account I have a receipt and everything lady says did u return the item I said no, instead of checking to see if she got the payment she's says we'll I don't think we got it there's no thinking u need to be sure so I gave her the receipt number then she's says I'll go in and see if I can find it why didn't you do that before you called yes I got nasty and had an attitude because u never have a problem getting money from me you don't have to chase me down it's not even a day past due it's the due date today it's not the end of the business day its 10:42 am so why call me can't wait until I'm done with this sorry store will not buy anything else from aarons yall employees needs to learn how to do their jobs because when I know I paid something and u telling me I think you didn't is bad for business because I will not deal with ppl that try to get over on me so yes everything you dail my number you gonna get a nasty attitude from me especially when I have a receipt ppl don't shop here run for the hills

I have gotten several items from here in the past the items are great but the management is the worst I ever seen won’t answer calls won’t respond doesn’t look out for the customer won’t give times on delivery and won’t take care of broken items

I did everything online which was great even when I received a call to verify me the representative she was awesome I asked her what was my next step she said I was approved and that my next step is someone calling to set up delivery well that call was today and the manager well that's who he claimed to be with no name was rude I couldn't ask a question without him getting smart he told me well you only paid a dollar and not a hundred what does that heve to do with anything if I paid more I would've been mad for the way he treated me as a customer I told him I don't treat my customers this way I tried to ask another question just to get an understanding and he just told me to have a nice day and he hung up. I went online to look at my account now it's saying I have no contract he is the worst you don't treat people like that especially if your the manager he needs to learn customer service skills I will tell everyone I know to not deal with this Aaron's my experience with him was the worst.

At the North Augusta South Carolina store the young lady by the name of Jessica went above and beyond being helpful so I ordered a bed online and they got the delivery date wrong not once but twice I called to the store the young lady I spoke with her name was Jessica she was the only employee in the whole store other than the guys delivering and she was very helpful explain there was no manager for me to speak to and I was very frustrated and I explained to her what was going on and she really was trying to be helpful but I hung up on her she called me back and to ensure to keep me as a customer is having my product delivered at my convenience this evening and because of that is the only reason why I kept my contract that young lady Jessica went above and beyond

Store clerks are misleading and non informative about lease agreements. Seems like you need a lawyer present to complete and honest, no secrets lease. Save you money and buy outright whatever it is you're trying to get.

I’m not mad at the experience I had but rather disappointed on how they handled their mistakes. Someone forgot to place the order after we put it in a week earlier when we called were were told they would deliver Saturday then we talked to someone after no one came and they said the order was not put in and the would deliver. No one showed. We called again and spoke with the general manager whom I think was new. He was very nice but didn’t seem interested in fixing or helping me understand what’s happening. We were then told it would be delivered Monday after we specifically told them we won’t be home until 5:30 and they show up at 3. Called to make sure it will be there that evening was told yes but then when they came to install they were very rude. I will continue with my purchase so far but will not be back.
