If I could give no stars I would. Car was dirty, but I spent $16 and it looked like I had spayed it off with a water hose. I had to wash it when I got home. You can do better guys! Very unhappy!

The $16 car wash did an amazing job at cleaning my car. But I it did take off some of the paint on my rear bumper, so just be careful.

Paid $11 dollars for a 'delux' carwash. The machine only put soap on my car then told me to exit.

I received damage to my 2018 Kia Cadenza hood and trunk lid at this Carwash. The reported the issue to the attendant on site and he tried justifying responsibility because of signs they have posted. The signs talks about them not being liable for “After Market items, another about things in the bed of a truck”.We phones the owner/manager immediately, as well as sent him pictures. Received a call from him a few days later after calling him again with a body shop estimate, and he doesn’t want to own up to their responsibility, clearly a good and trunk are not aftermarket anything (I purchased this car off the showroom floor.The owner/ manager (Dale) did acknowledge a few day later on a call that their video pictures showed that these damages were not there prior to my driving through their automatic bay wash, yet they still refuse to own up to their responsibility. Estimated body shop repair is $700.All I want is from them is they pay to resolve the issue from their bay Carwash damages to my vehicle... to be fixed!Services: Polishing

So my husband and I have 4 vehicles that we have run through this car wash HUNDREDS of times in the past couple of years. My husband goes in on Thursday, as usual, to get his car washed. He went two blocks to get some tire spray and noticed scratches on his car. He immediately goes back to the car wash to try to get the situation rectified only to find out the owner, Dale, is a total j**** Instead of them inspecting the car wash and trying to rectified the issue, they kept passing the buck to someone else to do. They claimed the signed day they don't cover damage to vehicles; however, the signs say, they don't cover damage to "after market equipment". My husband inspects his car DAILY. The car is pearl white and even though he hasn't been able to do a lot due to COVID, he still washes and waxes it every other week. Well, today, he received a call back from "Dale" and instead of him being empathetic and trying to resolve the issue, he immediately goes into defense mode saying his machines "never tear up", "no one else has expressed an issue", and "we don't cover damage". My husband pointed out again that they need to read the signs and honor the repairs to the vehicle. The man became combative and didn't want to listen to what my husband was saying and so I told my husband to hang up. The man called back later saying the car had "spots" on it. My husband told him to look at the car after it came out of the car wash because those "spots" were bird poo and not scratches. The guy then started yelling at my husband. This type of behavior is unacceptable!! If you ever decide to go here, PLEASE INSPECT YOUR CAR BEFORE AND AFTER. The owner is a j*** and refuses to repair damages from his machines.

I don't know the name of the owner of this place, but I do know that he is a very nice man. One time we were going through the car wash and my dad gave a tip, and instead of the owner just saying thank you, he also washed the tires for free! And after that the machine got the rest of the car spotless.

My go to for car wash haha cheap, usually in good condition, don't have to worry about people bothering or interrupting you. Highly recommend.
