April, Angel, Dwayne and Eric all go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They understand farming and are knowledgeable about the products and their uses. I can't say enough about how much we appreciate everything they have done to help with our current fencing project.
However, Chelsea is rude and has zero customer service skills. If my husband walks in and sees her, he will undoubtedly walk back out and take his business elsewhere. We expect more from Tractor Supply as we are actual farmers and ranchers and enjoy shopping TSC when we receive good service.

First time visit, stoped by to get my propane tank filled for the evening went to the front door. Some guy says no stop you need to go around to the side where the gate was closed but not locked so I stood outside in the heat and waited for 15 minutes. No one showed up I decide to finally go inside where the ladies in there sweeping. I asked her what the process was to get this done, then she called for someone to assist me after about 20 minutes. I finally got my propane tank filled. I don’t know why I stayed ( my fault ) but for a first visit it turned into a last visit not real happy with the store. Definitely some issues going on here .

This location employs a young lady named Chelsey. She assisted my husband during his visit yesterday. He said that he was super impressed by her knowledge of the store products and her competence! Need more like her! If management reads this...GIVE CHELSEY A RAISE! She represents your business well.

BY far the very best of the very good TSC stores throughout the Midlands! Their dedication to customer service is exceptional, your purchases are respected, and you are greeted with "Hello" when you enter the store, and a "thank you, please come again"" when you leave. The management crew at this located is exceptional, Taylor Johnson the assistant store manager, and Chelsea, are both highly knowledgeable of products, but more importantly their customer service efforts are impeccable! Trust in their expertise and dedication to provide for you a worry free purchase!

Purchased a cub cadet zero turn but was told it was missing a part for the seat sensor. Manager took my check and said he would call me, 2 weeks later nothing so I go to see what's up, then he says it's missing parts (1st a part then parts) . Asked for a refund and had to wait a week to get the refund. The manager should have been up front and told me the truth that it was missing multiple parts.

It's a great store and lives up to it's name, meaning it has feed for livestock and well pumps for water. They sell almost everything you could need, on a small farm like ours. All kinds of feed. Horses, cows, chickens, dog & cats etc. You get the idea. All kinds of car/truck maintenance things from saddle soap for your leather seats to tire shine. Garden supplies. Veterinary supplies and drugs as well as some bandages etc. They also have clothes. From Wrangler jeans to other brands that are high quality without the high price. Beautiful western hats and shirts. 1st quality cowboy boots from disco dancing to rodeo riding..... which brings to mind the lariat I saw for sale. You NEVER see some of this stuff. We spent an hour just shopping inside. Outside the have a bunch of TORO zero turns up to 72" and other brands completing a beautiful selection of equipment. I just can't tell you about everything but I made notes and if you have questions call them and if they don’t have answers email me.... maybe I do. Thanks and happy shopping!

Great store and people!! Please get Domain llc products in all stores in South carolina.... Mike Lindahl and his guys are absolutely awesome and have a premiere product.... >I have to either drive to Columbia or order online to get Domain food plot seed .. it would be great to drive 2 minutes and have their products in hand!!
