I'm not a customer but was incredibly rude and aggressive and used excessive profanity with my wife, who is a nurse and was just following gps to a patient's home and was turned around. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't trust anyone who speaks to females in this manner. I only wish that I had dashcam footage to show as well.
