How embarrassing. I literally asked how much something was and this older lady who works there jumped at me and assumed I thought she was scamming me. She even did too much and flipped her screen around. I could tell she doesn't like her job or even knows how to do it. You could just be mature and answer a simple question. ☠️☠️ train her better or something ??

Needs more staff members or more hours. We came to this location to switch from Verizon. Waited 40 minutes. They were busy. 2 customers ahead of us but they were switching too. We would have waited another 30 minutes if we waited longer.

Came in to see about a dead tablet and Brandy was so helpful and patience because I was already stressed. She answered all my questions and totally set up my new tablet for me. A very easy and pleasant process! Thanks Brandy girl!

Major 5***** Antoinette King let me know I dropped something on my way in & it was money.... God Bless this woman to over flowing more than she could ask or think for her honesty. She also held onto & hid the phone cord I ordered to make sure nobody sold it by mistake. I'm leaving on a 5 week Vacation this week & I needed this for my trip. Give this woman a Raise!!! Thank you Sweetie I truly appreciate you. Fun & Awesome personality to boot too!!! ???

My experience with metro isn't good I switched over to them from cricket I started with two line with the protection plan ,my phone was damaged and I tried to get it repaired only to be told that I didn't have insurance,I told them I had it since day one and I had my welcome packet from the company however it has my name with two different account numbers is the first thing I noticed also after I was told this it seems I was sold another phone instead of repairing or replacing of my device I'm not getting anywhere with phone calls to the headquarters so I just felt I should leave a review on my experience.

I was trying to get my brothers phone situated and had the absolute worse experience of my life with a phone company. Nicole Jackson's ID badge said "Area Manager" and she was the very definition of why some companies eventually FAIL. I thought once T-Mobile purchased Metro PCS they would make them adopt the same outstanding customer service they have but clearly they haven't made that transition yet. Maybe TMobile plans to eventually drop Metro in the toilet which is about where Ms Jacksons customer service will land them. Thank God ? for options.
