Prices and products are average but customer service is terrible. The customer service desk is either clueless, grossly incompetent or just rude. They have lost this “MVP Pro” for life. I will take my business to Hamm’s, Willinghams or Bolands.

We went to buy a pallet of cement. We waited for an hour and they never came to put the cement on the trailer. We had it. Ask for the money...bad service and they've done the same thing twice now.and the workers are just walking around

Recently went into the store to pick up some supplies for rebuilding our dock.we have spent around $4,000.00 in this store.we have always used this store for our home improvement needs.while there we saw a Toro lawnmower on sale.My wife had her lowes card out as we had decided to buy it.The salesman(matthew)told her it was cash and carry only.He was told we would have to go home and get our truck and come back. It would take us about 40 minutes to go home and come back.we were given a phone number to call to ensure it was still available. We called and we're assured it was so we went back to the store only to be told it was sold 10 minutes before we got back to the store.The 2 people that were involved was Matthew the sales person and Jason the supervisor. All he said was sorry.We have spent a lot of money in this store,but due to the lies we were told we will never spend another penny with lowes.

I purchased a split unit and decided it was too small and asked for a refund. Jason in Newberry gave me his full cooperation, and I received a Lowe’s gift card in the mail, which was totally awesome since there was a Lowe’s policy stating that I should be charged a 20% special Order restock fee but I was not and I truly appreciate so now I am spending the refund gift card on other products at Lowe’s. Thank you.
