I can't praise the manager Kim enough. She has more patience than anyone I know. I am a little slow with the app but she was right there with me the entire time. She helped with merging my two accounts into one on the new system. She went way beyond the normal for customer service. If all people were as nice and helpful as Kim this world would be a better place.

Current manager Kim Ruff was extremely helpful when I was temporarily without a vehicle she advised me to call the 800 number so they could advise me. My service was temporarily suspended so I wouldn't have to start my membership over! THANKS Kim!

Very satisfied with the carwash and the service. Big shout out to Kaitlyn at the Newberry Location, not only are the bugs on my headlights gone but the mud on my license plate was cleaned off as well. Very clean parking lot and the air fresheners smell great.
