I was traveling back to Tennessee through South Carolina 7-10-23 and had problems with my Ford transit van. I was able to make it to Cromley Ford in Newberry. The service manager, Ben had a diagnostic check done on the van. They took the time to assist me and get me back on the road within just a couple hours by replacing the throttlebody injector which I had had replaced two weeks prior at a local mechanic shop where I live. Not only did they listen to my concerns and get my vehicle in immediately they actually were cheaper than my local shop that did the repairs two weeks prior for the same part. Ben, Danny, Salina, and Mr. Cromley himself all asked if there was anything that they could do for my son and I while we were waiting for the repair. The owner and staff are very friendly and I would recommend service or buying a vehicle from Cromley Ford in Newberry or Saluda to anyone. ????

Friendly, service department that knows what they are doing. Will explain all repairs when asked never push you to do any unnecessary work. Will and Ronnie in sales go out of their way to treat you like a valued customer.
