“I’m a mechanic myself and these guys rock. They installed my new tires 33s on my 22 inch rim didn’t leave a scratch or nothing! Very clean install and they balanced them PERFECTLY. They were Swamp things MT by venom power I get absolutely zero vibration or wobble. They did an awesome job. Worth every penny. I will be coming back for an alignment and I trust they’ll do a great job too at it.”

“We were 5 hours away from home and on our way to the beach with a fully loaded van when we were involved in an accident on the interstate. Police dispatched Mark to tow our van. It's hard to put into words how truly grateful we are that Mark was sent to us. He was patient and kind. My children were upset and scared after the accident, but Mark help put them at ease. His calm demeanor and positivity show in his work. We know our vehicle is in safe hands with Mark and his team. Mark went above and beyond by offering to take us to our rental car and allowing us time to transfer our belongings over. We know how valuable his time is and he didn't have to do that for us. “I was traveling back to Tennessee through South Carolina 7-10-23 and had problems with my Ford transit van. I was able to make it to Cromley Ford in Newberry. The service manager, Ben had a diagnostic check done on the van. They took the time to assist me and get me back on the road within just a couple hours by replacing the throttlebody injector which I had had replaced two weeks prior at a local mechanic shop where I live. Not only did they listen to my concerns and get my vehicle in immediately they actually were cheaper than my local shop that did the repairs two weeks prior for the same part. Ben, Danny, Salina, and Mr. Cromley himself all asked if there was anything that they could do for my son and I while we were waiting for the repair. The owner and staff are very friendly and I would recommend service or buying a vehicle from Cromley Ford in Newberry or Saluda to anyone. ????”
“I want to start off by saying that the owner has always handled business professionally from the scheduling a good time that would work for me to the fact that he provides any information that you would need to know. Also a big shout out to the main mechanic Cecil ! He has went above and beyond to make sure that I drove off in a safe ride. He has always been open and honest about any concern that I have had about my vehicle and always made sure I knew my options and would go out of his way to show and explain to me exactly what work was done on it and the cause for it. I’ve always walked out feeling confident and comfortable knowing that someone ACTUALLY did the work they said they did on my car. Will be my go to car shop for sure !”

“Naiam (I think that's his name but I probably butchered the spelling, sorry) is very knowledgeable and a chill dude he was great. The only problem I have with this place is that they charge $12 per tire for lifetime balancing, that is absolutely if I got 4 tires that'd be over $50 including tax, do you know how many little Caesars pizzas I could buy for that? When I asked the gentleman to take off the lifetime balancing he told me that they charged you for it whether you got it or not. Other than that it was great.”
