Do not get AT&T service. Just trying to keep people from going through what i have. My bill was suppose to be about $250. My first 2 bills were over $600 because my "credits" werent appplied yet. They assure me it will be applied within the first 3 months and go down to the $250. After 4 months my bill finally went down to $424 and that is what i am stuck with for 3 YEARS. Their customer service on the phone is terrible. They even put you through a telemarketer just to talk to some about your account. They add fees upon fees. The bill is never what they tell you it will be. All of the "credits" you may or may not get. Their app and phone system for service is just awful.

The Newberry location is awesome. The representatives are knowledgeable on the products and services. They have impeccable character and patience for those customers that ask more than a few question. They have my recommendation for anyone looking for wireless service in the area!

Awesome experience with the store manager today. Very helpful with helping me get my replacement device switched over. (Insurance claim) at&t corporate sent me the replacement device with an inactivated SIM card. So I could not switch the phone over. After 30 minutes with them on the phone. They sent me a second SIM card also was not activated. So it again was useless.Literally went to the store and the store manager had my new phone working with a new (activated) SIM card in less then 5 minutes. I was in and out. Should have just went there to start with.5/5 stars. Nice friendly positive environment. She was very helpful and had a great attitude. It was pleasant to get to speak with someone that actually has some competence for once. Every time I call 611 it’s a hassle and I always have a hard time with them.

Today we visited the store for a new phone and the manager Lah was very professional. He provided quick and efficient service to us while servicing others. The store was busy and he had it all under control assisting everyone with A1 service. I would definitely recommend going to Lah at At&t for your cell service.

This place never has the door unlocked. They’re sorry as hell. They wont keep their store open when it’s needed, they don’t open on time. They suck and ImVery disappointed. Will be going to verizon.

The lady I dealt with was great when I was buying a phone but when I came back later to see if I could return it or trade it for a different one she was rude.

I was serviced by Bena at the Newberry SC location on 5/12/2023. I had some issues with my bill and also needed to add a device to my plan. Even though it was close to closing time she was very attentive to my needs and worked hard to help me resolve my issue with billing and help me pick out the perfect device . She was very knowledgeable and polite and even informed me on deals and Clearance sales they currently had which saved me money on buying just 1 item. I will recommend and continue to be a client there because of the customer service I have received.

We were told that we would get free phones when we traded in our old ones. Found out today that we were only credited $300 per phone. We now have to pay $1,000!!!!

Very good customer service, helped me arrange a new plan after switching from T-Mobile for me and my family in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend.
